How would "duration" be applied to non-AoE spells? For example; fireball, lightning bolt, magic missile, etc... these spells do their damage instantly. Pumping Might will boost their damage by percent but how would they benefit from pumping Intellect?

Isnt AoE only doing damage while the mooks are standing in the AoE radius? Whats the use of long duration AoE if the mooks just run through the radius? You may say to bottle them up with your front liners and then drop an AoE spell but that would just catch your own party in the AoE effect. Direct damage seems a lot more "viable" to me. Maybe AoE duration will be more useful if they have AoE sleep / charm / roots spells.

If you like replaying games then I posit that you develop a minimum of self control and do not take every quest from every source. Its people like you that led to dedicated rest spots, no healing or resurrection, unlimited inventory and ability cooldowns.

No, I paid an extra $7.00 for the strategy guide. And you're correct that Ill never see it all but that's fine with me. Ive never had an "evil" play through in any game Ive played so I never see those either. I more meant that I want the best possible outcome, with the best gear and highest attainable power levels, so I like to go through all the options to see whats available.

Who said she should be exempt? I was commenting on the severity of the sentence. Sure give her punishment of some sort, but 3 years jail? Severity? The article states that she could have gotten 20 years. The judge specifically gave her a lower sentence than the other two in recognition of her lack of a criminal record. She got off easy, imo.

I disagree. That generation (worldwide) had to make sacrifices both home and abroad that we today cant fathom. This is a me-first world now and only exceptional outside influences will change that. Or a good pimp slappin.
