TV's Vast Wasteland
Netflix, Prime and Xfinity (Comcast) here, the latter of which bends me over for a ridiculous amount every month and I don't even have movie channels (but it does include internet). I wanted DC for no other reason but to watch Titans but I refuse to pay that much for one show.

Luckily I had a pipe bender in the garage and the lug wrench fit perfectly in its handle. Suddenly I had the strength of Sampson! I really should invest in a torque wrench now that you mention it.

I had never heard of "high tea" but it looks awesome and delicious! Buffet style serving? You would probably find me hovering over by the sweets tables.

In yet another display of "I aint getting no younger", I had to use a (slang term for a kitty cat) bar to get the lug nuts off my tires yesterday. The last time I got my tires rotated the dude must have been all "Mwuahahaha, you'll never get these off!". Thank god for Archimedes! I couldn't help but reflect how Shady does more pushups per day than Ive done in over a decade. That and I would have been screwed if I would have gotten a flat on the side of the road. At least I feel warm and fuzzy for getting all four done and not having to worry about it for a few years. w00t!

Orville was good. Classic twist type story. Im having a hell of a time getting into Flash this season. My wife even remarked in surprise that I have 3 episodes still sitting on the DVR. I think I prefer my superhero shows to be one-and-done per episode, not dragging some overall story arch over an entire season or two. Also, if you havenet heard,

RANDOM VIDEO GAME NEWS
Could this be considered gambling? Around these parts there is a grocery chain that offers Monopoly gaming pieces where you can win various prizes all the way up to 1M, 1 gaming piece per $10 spent. Afaik, the only way to get these is to spend money (no free giveaways). So might a person that is predisposed to gambling find this an irresistible sirens call and spend too much trying to get the 1M win?

I think Ive mentioned this before...so I go pick up the break pads and they cost $107.00. But amazingly, break pads come with a lifetime warranty, so after I swap these out with the worn pads, I simply return the worn pads to the store and they give me my money back. It blows my mind every time and a complete break job on my cars costs me ~1 hour of my time. That and I like working with my hands so its not really a "job" to me. *highfiveself
