No, Im saying that theres hardware that doesnt have drivers for WinXP. Ive done alot of XP installs on Vista OEM laptops, and once in a while there are no XP drivers to be found. The big hardware companies like intel, nvidia, ati etc. always have XP drivers but the smaller stuff like touchstrips doesnt. Everyone at my uni has a laptop and I often help out to install a clean win on them(because theyre delivered with preinstalled bloatware) and we couldnt find drivers for some of the hardware on the new models.

It IS actually possible that it cant run XP as there might not be any XP drivers available for the hardware. But usually its just that MS doesnt allow computers to be shipped with any windows but Vista anymore, nor will they sell loose copies of WinXP.

No, its for the 360 and PS3 only. Which makes sense, since its very console oriented. There are alot of strange and illogical designs that PC players would object to, like not being able to smoothly switch between weapons or even reload when you want to. And brutally immersion-breaking stuff like zombies dropping gold (actual gold coins!) and having to aimlessly wander about the levels looking for crates to break to get ammo and health packs. Yahtzee would have a field day with the weird stuff that RE5 does (like dropping elite specops into a zombie-infested warzone armed with only pistols and 3 bullets each)

Old-school adventure games doesnt really sound like something the Wii demographic would be into. Or maybe not, I know there are some jap adventure-ish games for the DS, but Im not sure if theyre made with the same recipe as classic click-n-play games

It doesnt run like crap at all, I have a now old C2D 2.4ghz and 4000-unit battles is no problem. But if you want to use the newest eye candy like SSAO and full shadows on Dx10 etc. you're going to need a powerful graphics card. The bottom line is; if you like Total War and you for some weird reason dont buy ETW, you're an idiot. Its a great game and the "just one more turn"-effect had me up till 4 last night

I just learned that mounting plug bayonettes is permanent. The button says "toggle" but once theyre on, the guns are useless. I wish CA had bothered to send a PDF manual with the Steam version, but they didnt. I still dont know what priests do, but I think they slowly convert people to your religion, which seems useless. Its the best AI thus far, I got my ass handed to me three times in a row just now. They are much better at using the terrain and encircling and flanking your troops, so you cant just use standard row formations anymore

I find the civ-like reserch system both fun and frustrating, it adds to the game but at the same time slows down progress since you have to research stuff before you can make WAAAAAAAAAR! I never realised you was such a fan! Well, I wasnt actually awake at 0400, I woke up at 9 and played it for a few hours

According to the official site here, it will be unlocked at 18:00 Central european time Tuesday the 3rd, but according to my steam account it wont be unlocked until 0500 CET on the 4th Did the Steam people decide Sweden wasnt that important and delayed the release here, or is it the same with you americans and euros?

This episode was more of a filler than anything else, there were a few key events like boomer stealing hera and Starbucks dad probably being a cylon of some kind, but they didnt have to drag it out for a whole episode. AND WHERE WAS GAIUS BALTAR, YOU MOTHERFRAKKERS?!
