I just realised that Ill need somekind of Image Gallery program-thingie to effectively handle my online art gallery(I dont want to make thumbnails etc. by hand for hundreds of images). Does anyone know of any free thing I could use? Oerwinde> I looked at yer page and Blogger seems the way to go.

Its sad that not everyone in the civilised west had the opportunity to grow up with nudity and childrens comics like Sweden's famous Bamse, the Communist bear. which was the #1 childrens comic in the 70-80's. Actually the society in Bamse had progressed beyond the Dicatorship of the Proletariat and were now living in autonomous societies where everyone was nice to eachother except the odd evil troll or wizard. ..but back no nakedness, I mean reading Lady Death or Witchblade, what does it matter if there an extremely minute patch or string of skintight cloth covering the naughty bits when 96% of their Epidermis is exposed to the elements anyway? They're already statisticly naked.

Im on the Ep1 ear comics now... they're only slightly less good than Republic Ep2(mostly because the clonewars makes a better background for storytelling). One annoying thing is that every John Doe out there is running around with a red lightsaber, Jedi master and darkside-wannabe alike. It aint right, damnit!

Do they have foul language? politics? imbedded images?

The Medieval series are actually top notch, something which cant really be said about the earlier stuff which varied greatly in quality IMO. Too bad theres only 12 parts I wonder if Charles Xavier made all the original Xmen costumes himself in his basement?

I really dont believe LA has got a hand in this. And I definently dont belive Feargie would lie to cover it up.

I could set up a forum on my server, but the problem is that no normal people woud come there so we could harrass them good n proper. Instead we would be doomed to revel forever in incestuos and repetative banter among ourselves.

I think the astonishing Ms. Marr deserves a little more appreciation.

Keeping the forum in order isnt the issue, the moderators are well equipped to do that and should more be needed then recruiting will not be difficult. What OE seem to be saying is:if we dont have the time to participate in the discussions on the board, then what sense is there in having them? There's a lot of sense to it actually. Above posters have listed them already.

That's the only sensible thing Ive ever seen from you. Face it, we're getting the hammer and probably sooner than we expect. OE dont think they have anything to gain from this community and rather than wasting resources keeping it afloat they're pulling the plug. So again, where do we go?

But seriously, anyone have any tips where we might go to? I was thinking maybe OT4 ?

The only real reason for closing this forum is the supposed lack of a fulltime OE admin. Thing is, this forum does not need a fulltime OE admin to function. We may need more moderators to help weed out the spamflow from the newcomers but thats it, and it could be accomplished by the usual procedure of selecting moderator among us. I volunteered before there was any talk of closure. That being said, I must draw the conclusion that there are other reasons for the closure.

If this place would close, where would our poor trolls go? Building up a reputation like Volo's aint no small thing.

Independant forums ohoy? Ive got serverspace but no room(or bandwidth transfer limits large enough) for a forum of this size.

I never found anything hotter than the damn Ossus robe for me LS Char ..and about 90% of the newly designed armour and things didnt start to show up until I was on Malachor. Just a slight annoyance.
