"Moderate" Muslims Had a Peace Conference in Norway...
Not at all. The beclothed ones are enamored of di Montezemolo. The only shock is his departure from home. I suppose it has nothing to do with Muslimism.

"Moderate" Muslims Had a Peace Conference in Norway...
Don't know much about Muslims, but the shocker of 2014, word has it, is that, now-ex-Ferrari president, after 23 years of passionate service, Luca di Montezemolo, will take up position within Etihad Airways, who recently rescued Italian flyer Alitalia. Strange days, these. Forza, Luca.

Kaine Parker's Pretty Woman
You know who I would make breakfast for, given the chance, is Bebe Neuwirth. She's almost my mom, but age has not caught up with her. Lilith, from Cheers, if you know her, lately on something called, Blue Bloods. I would totally peel her pear after drinking coffee.

Feargus Urquhart on KOTOR II, NWN II, FO: New Vegas - Matt Chat - Part 4 (Final)
Okay, I watched it. Don't know whether to laugh nervously or nerve-pinch myself into a coma due to the declaration of irrelevancy. I'm sure he just meant, 'slightly off-market', at that moment in time as a game producer, not hand-wavingly genre-irrelevant, prior to the Abrams era. Obviously Trek is always relevant: it's about us, not a galaxy far, far away, or long, long ago. It's us, in the future, succeeding at life. Swear to god, I'm switching to inXile Entertainment if this keeps up. But yes, please, feel free to Kickstart an epic Trek adventure. Take my money.

RANDOM VIDEO GAME NEWS
I want to cancel my pre-order for Disney Marvel Infinity 2.0 after reading two successive poor reviews, but there is no option for cancellation on In-Store Pick-Up at GS. A half-assed Minecraft with no variety of gameplay seems to be a compound issue for the game. At least I didn't order the mad-expensive Collector's Edition. The weird thing is that, Game Informer is part of the Game Stop network. I pre-ordered with GS, but after reading the GI review, it's curtains on my interest.

La neuvième art (comics you've been reading)
Not super duper avant garde, but I just discovered the New 52 Swamp Thing. Read the first trade, now I'm hooked. Could be because the cute girl at the comic shop keeps telling me she likes my t-shirt (artsy God of Thunder, yesterday), but now I have to get the others. Current issue is 33, or 34, something like that, starting in 2011, with I think two more trades on sale now before the next one in December. Great story, so far.

Scottish Independence?
Possibly, though I bet I've got more justification to hang a saltire than you do, Susan. It's Nancy, actually, and I watch Braveheart once a year, drink Scotch like an unemployed miner during every The Open Championship--easily plenty enough times to know all there is to know, about wherever Scotland is.

Hey Obs: Any word on GOG keys for Wasteland 2?
Today's Update 85 had this to say:
- Feargus Urquhart on KOTOR II, NWN II, FO: New Vegas - Matt Chat - Part 4 (Final)

Which tier did you choose?
Can't remember, exactly, after adding so many add-ons. Pretty sure I have three t-shirts coming, since it'll be a cold winter at release, most likely down into the fifties at night. Either way, I'm buying a boxed Collector's Edition and Prima Strategy Guide--wait, where do I even buy physical PC game goods anymore ... please not Best Buy, they're the worst.

Want to see lots of posts from Project Director JES?
Stepping out more, eh, what, is home too boring, no longer sexy, is it not enough we keep it clean, ask What You Did Today, bake a few threaded casseroles, laugh at Funny Things, take your shoes off and put you to bed after What You've Been Drinking--finding love somewhere else--what is it, is it all these posts, do they make us look fat. Come back, Josh, we'll change, promise, somehow, into whoever you want us to be. Don't go.

Update #85: Hunkerin' Down and Hey, Wasteland 2 is Out!
How groovy, the actual whiteboard used for Icewind Dale ... the provenance for that thing, nice. A Prima stategy guide ... great news, thank you.

Wasteland 2 Kickstarted
Cool, looking forward to it. 30 GB file size seems high, but I'll pay that price.

NFL 2014 Season
Jeepers, I hope GD is not a Bucs fan.

The "Cool" Images Thread
Ooh, I love helmets. My first was a black Shoei RF200 ... when it came in the mail, before I even had a bike, I wore it for a little bit in bed at night because I'm weird. Not a super cool image, but this is my current lid, an older X11 Wayne Rainey rep.

Scottish Independence?
Calciferous presumptive Englishman, should have known. I'll 'bang on' how your mum likes it next time.

Scottish Independence?
Parmesan paisan ... I spit up my froo-froo hard cider laughing. Yeah, there is no way the flag of the UK is going to run Scottish blue. I have one, you know. A big ol' standard size flag of Scotland, since my pasty ancestry is from there. And because the Irish are irritating. The brogue is much more appealing, too.

Torment: Tides of Numenera
From Brother None at the dex... Oh, very good news, I don't mind waiting. It'll be worth it. What a good vibe this project has.
-
Torment: Tides of Numenera
Just now pledged for Torment, why not sooner, I don't know. Am I supposed to wait for a Manage Pledge email or something. I'm not super smart and pledged before creating an account, and so now it says there aren't any donations on record.

At the risk of sounding like a troll....are you guys trolls?
Link? http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/68564-black-celebrity-claims-police-herassement-for-kissing-white-man-in-public/page-3?do=findComment&comment=1510624 I could be wrong about breaking form, I don't read the guy, so, there's that.

One of 'em just broke form and choked on capitulation, next door. Was good to see, like when I pass tireless CHiPs out there haulin' in festering miscreants.

What you did today.
Records broken. Thanks to something called a dry slot, coast temperature at 1830 hrs was 100° (38C). Average High for Sep. 16 is 73°. Still 90° now at 2024hrs. May go insane, soon. I am literally under the E in Oceanside in the reddest red part. Also, just discovered how ancient Egyptian headdress styles were invented. Your head is hot, you soak a towel in water and place it directly on the skull, strategically so that water drips down your back, cooling you, but you have to fold the sides behind your ears and drape it down to your shoulders, channeling water drips, just like a pharaoh probably might have, or not.

The Patriarchy (no girls allowed!)
Like a Corvette up against an LFA. The Chevy never had a chance. As long as we're comparing scabbards, I'll take the trophy by default having the word man in my username, and as it continues, literally encompassing a gathering or occasion characterized by a specified activity, of manness, a man fest, with I in the middle, truncated by an acronym standing for, I Spew Offspring.

Forum Titles
I love the nomenclature, it's like a little reminder of Gary Gygax when I log in. Just another reason Obsidian is the preferred destination.

NFL 2014 Season
Jimmeny Christmas, 1-1 never felt so satisfying. 120° on the field at Qualcomm, Seattle melts in the heat wave. Can't believe it. It is really effin hot, though ... no AC as I type this.
