  1. The DLCs are fun as well. I think I deleted my character and made a new one when I realised that Dispel could have saved the fae in that quest
  2. Steam has one big advantage. You might be able to grab me for co-op
  3. Maybe you can get it on sale at some point. If you enjoyed the game and the setting, some of those DLCs are very good.
  4. Possibly you are missing something. Other than the main story, there were the DLC stories, centered around a specific character, with a few more making guest appearances. So Oscar Mike has a DLC where he goes back to Mike training school. If you play the DLCs with the right characters they unlock bonus skins, but they also have some more story dialogue during that mission.
  5. Oscar Mike wasn't for me. Alani was at least for a long time considered easy mode. I also played Ambra and Mellka a lot. Shayne and Aurox are the most fun dialogue wise. I enjoy Orendi for the sheer destructive power, but solo someone who can heal (Alani) has their advantages. For the mission pack obviously you should try to play them through once with each of the story characters. I got bored after the Oscar Mike story pack. It already had juvenile writing, and the Montana one after that felt rushed. The Attikus story pack was the best. The Toby one was still fun. If only they had made the game single player / co-op instead of a team arena thing.
  6. You wanted to gather all the spoilers in one place?
  7. No. Been waiting for you to try it.
  8. Witcher III has tilesets?
  9. I'm still waiting for sonic to play Child of Light. I'll boycott the forum until he does
  10. That sounds like a lot of work.
  11. You'd think a big, modern title like that would have screenshots...
  12. Sometimes I connect an XBOX controller just to use the screenshot/video feature even while playing with mouse+keyboard.
  13. When the tutorial NPC tells you that they haven't done this before:
  14. You are all heretics. There is no CIV. There is only SMAC.
  15. I was mostly going through the discovery queues to see if I could get one without hentai games. Record was two queues in a row.
  16. I didn't buy anything
  17. Finally two gates close enough to get a single screenshot of the party both entering and exiting gateways: Now at Normal difficulty my party feels more heroic (where heroic is measured by ability to butcher troops)
  18. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al-Qadim:_The_Genie%27s_Curse Also you forgot the Birthright game.
  19. Picked up my Spellforce 3 playthrough again. Hated the map I had been stuck on. Still hate it. Checked difficulty settings and dropped to Normal. Suddenly it became a lot more manageable
  20. Yes, if you go heavily into stealth, Dux, Selma and Farrow can clear most of the map. Then you swap in Borman and Magnus for clean up for the larger fights. I think my toughest fight was Lux.
  21. I found combat to be getting a bit easy after a while. At least against mechanical enemies as Farrow had a very high chance to stun them on hit.
  22. You are a bit like a lawyer. For the loan shark you kill for money. Then, every now and then you kill pro bono.
  23. Phew ! Good to hear I got the recommendation right
  24. Meeting the Bane of Kree with Torian Kel in my party. Also what Epaminondas said. Following up on that: dying in the siege tower. Celes waking up alone in FFVI.
  25. Finished Mutant Year Zero. Took 24 hours according to Steam, on very hard difficulty and not Ironman. Mind you that is with my playstyle though, meaning a lot of re-loading to get every map perfectly done and figure out the best approach to every encounter; I see games like this more like a puzzle. It is about as long as the story could be. There are no random maps or encounters - everything is the way it is. Some maps are optional. Would you enjoy it? Probably if you are named Hurlshot
