  1. Not sure then... i guess any generic shooter then. Overwatch might be there too. That Battlegrounds too might make it
  2. Mass Effect Andromeda Fallout 4
  3. To be honest it is a UAL **** up. you simply don't remove a seated person from the plane, you can deny them boarding, but if they are boarded, you ****ed up. Bump up the pay, 1000, 5000, 15000, does not matter. even get a private jet for your employees if they need to be in other place. you ****ed up, you pay - simple as that. I could support UAL in the "leggins" stuff as it was a clear case of someone not abiding to the policy, which they agreed to. Here, it's the airlines **** up and aviation guards **** up On some level it is also people's **** up. If you see a doc, who claims he needs to be at destination, someone could ****ing think and offer their seat in exchange for extra money, but nope, everyone cares for their own butt, but when something happens, they make lots of noise and immediately record stuff (in their own self interest)
  4. This will be a one mofo wealthy grandpa doctor. If this gets spinned well, they might suspend the overbooking and make it illegal for a time. It's people vs "big bad corporation"
  5. Yeah, the thing is, Early access games are advertised as such. I guess EA can stand for early access. Even matches in abbreviation.
  6. NWN was a game one of a kind. NWN2 had improved SP aspect of it, but unfortunately the MP aspect suffered heavily. NWN was MP paradise - I've spent YEARS in the MP with some of the most memorable RP action and a handful of real great worlds. It is still available, although the only one i recall beign on a decent+ level and still working is Ravenloft: Prisoners of the Mist. Other great worlds vanished - some tried to port to NWN2 but it seems all eventually died there
  7. Basically it's asking if we liked XCOM ? "just DO IT" Can't wait for a playable prototype. I am actually fairly hyped for the game based on the design. I hope the execution will be solid!!!
  8. I doubt 3rd game will be purely chaos. There are still lands of OGres and chaos dwarfs to be included. chaost wastes will be added there as well most likely but it will not be chaos only.
  9. Yeah, there will be Naggaroth, Lustria, Ulthuan and the Southland
  10. Well the thing is, they plan for a trilogy, which will combine in a giantic campaign map. They've been working on the whole thing for a while moving core group focus project after project. They can't have too big of a break between each instance, because: 1) hype and interest 2) technology Imagine if you'd see the game on same engine as a part 2 in lets say 2 years from now? and third game in 6 years? do you recall how games looked 6 years ago? I bet the thing will be wrapped up as a trilogy by end of 2019
  11. I guess standard Paradox, also had to endure some plants DLC for Stellaris before real meat got out
  12. Oh this will be great !!! I just wish they decided to add Naval combat, but they didn't. A bit of a loss here. I guess combining various types of ships, magic and flying units would be like making of another full game. I wonder if they will improve siege battles though and rebalance magic a bit.
  13. Hah. I was looking for any official forums for the game. Now I know why they removed Bioware forums last year. It would be set ablaze :D
  14. Why? we can now evaluate how they actually evolved
  15. WH40k or WH:F - i mean warhammer and tactical combat plus endless possibilities for all kinds of plots...
  16. I really wish they had some additional content for the game, or a sequel. I really enjoyed it and I want more, but replaying the same for slightly different outcomes can be tiresome by now
  17. Hey folks, not sure if people here had the game on their radar, but Battle Brothers got a full release last evening. It's a fun sandbox with RPG elements, but mostly trying to stay alive as a wandering band of Mercenaries. A bit RNG heavy, but with enough tools to help you. Some high difficulty tasks with higher rewards, you'll need to accept that you'll lose some of your vets and equipment. http://battlebrothersgame.com/ I fully recommend this to any TB Combat lover. It's definitely worth its money.
  18. To be honest, If i were the model on which they based the female Ryder, I'd sue Bioware for damaging of her outlook/career profile and tell them to step referencing her name in any of the materials. I am sure other models have a ton of laugh for how bad she looks in this game.
  19. The problem is that EVERY face is ugly, there is no "wow nice" face in the game, or even preset face. Good luck getting something nice out of the customization tool. While they give you options, most people will not spend 2h on modeling their face for the game
  20. Well, I know I won;t be buying the game. Shooters are not in my alley that much. The entertainment art is supposed to be eye pleasing. Do we get "ugly" actress for main roles of blockbusters in Hollywood? Fashion magazines? etc? The whole outlook in Bioware game changed. Even the "male" protagonist model looks like a hipster on a lost trek to his coffee shop... (and then women cry that there are no real men out there)
  21. I believe in general right wingers still won big time in NL. It's just the most votes went into central right wing instead of extreme right. Left wing is still out of the picture and will be gone from any governing significance. The hard part is, building a coalition for the winner.
  22. It is fairly accessible, I've got a couple people in my group now, that never, ever touched a paper based RPG. The most experience they had in RPG was the Baldur's Gate or the Witcher The system is surprisingly fun, and to a point more challenging too as you do not get the crazy BAB progression. You might find yourself getting ACs in 18s and overall AB in 8-10s even late into the game, so even small encounters with a fairly lower CR can weather you down with some less than average rolls. Casters are also a fair bit less powerful than they used to, as DC of spells is hard to pump up and I do not recall other abilities than epic boons that could expand your spell slots beyond basic progression. There also seems to be a fair bit less amount of crazy buffs which made things like late game Wizards or CoDzillas variants so powerful. You need to trade off your stat increases for feats if you want some extras. I feel it is a bit more balanced and more accessible, thus making more people having fun with this. I admit I have a lot of fun with it.
  23. Interesting but that's US migration profile. If anyone has numbers on say French Algerian migrants that would be more relevant. Here is one study, but you need to pay to read it http://www.oxfordhandbooks.com/view/10.1093/oxfordhb/9780199859016.001.0001/oxfordhb-9780199859016-e-013 There is one issue with this research, it does not split the "French" in terms of religion and physicality (is it caucasian origin, arabic origin, Na origin, etc.). Such data is not collected, which makes these researches very hard to do, hence they are scant.
  24. It's free and comes with a large patch upgrading the game to the "Old World edition". No patch notes yet, but they said that after WE there will be no "big" race/faction DLC. I expect something coming with Middenheim sub-faction FLC later in March/April and basically a set up for the game 2. People are also expecting Mousillion be playable at some point, so there might be some Lord/unit pack DLC later for the game 1, but would not exepct anything beyond that for game 1. Lets hope the Old World Edition goes to town with fixing some of the game aspects and spells
