I took the time to sum up all of the classes, companions, etc. that will be included in the game BESIDES the amount of content (quests, areas, NPCs, etc.) that is also included. I thought some people might be interested in seeing what we are getting without the need to search for the info. At $2,5 million we will have (summed up): 6 races (human, elves, dwarves, godlike, ??? and ???) 9 classes (fighters, wizards, priests, rougues, rangers, monks, druids, barbarians, ciphers) 8 companions (edair, cadegund, aloth, monk dude, dwarven ranger chick and 3x ???) Tell me if you find a mistake.

At $2,6 million we will have: 5 races (human, elves, dwarves, godlike and ???) 9 classes (fighters, wizards, priests, rougues, rangers, monks, druids, barbarians, ciphers) 9 companions (edair, cadegund, aloth, monk dude, dwarven ranger chick and 4x ???) They should put this info on the front page of the Kickstarter... took me a few minutes to add everything up. ^^ -

Same here. I am surprised that Chris even answered some of those questions. It's like the interviewer thinks that old school iz hard and haz too meny numberz for hed. lol True. Too many numbers? I love numbers!I hated Dragon Age: Origin abilities and spells description because there was almost no number at all. Terrible. Yup, so true. I even checked the settings if there was an option to turn them on - nope. It was a total WTF situation. ^^

1. Kickstarter is NOT, I repeat, KICKSTARTER IS NOT A STORE. It is a fund raising platform! 2. If you think 10 licenses is not enough, then simply pledge $10,000 without selecting a tier. You will then receive 500 licenses. 3. I seriously doubt that you are even planning on pledging $10,000 anyway. Anybody who complains about a few licenses most certainly does not have enough cash to pledge so much money. 4. Your trolling is getting way too much attention. ^^ -

And I love to play Paladins. I am hoping that Obsidian will add them as a stretch goal, seeing that they are one of the more popular classes. Bards also make sense though too, Bards are pretty good buffers. -

Quote of the day: "I don't like a class, so they must be childish" ^^ But seriously, if you don't like Paladins, then that is okay. I don't really like Monks either, but I know that many people enjoy this class and that is why I think they should be in the game. It is as simple as that. -
We already had a discussion about this: http://forums.obsidi...l__ fans tiers Anyway, Obsidian is still desiging the game and has full control, so don't worry! A huge group of individuals can think up a great sum of very original characters - much, much more than a group of designers ever could. And don't underestimate the fans, they can have pretty wild imaginations. ^^

Paladins are also divine spell casters and use auras in addition to being very good fighters. You mean just like clerics? And don't say Clerics aren't good fighters; besides AD&D, they've always been good fighters own their own without multiclassing. If they can make Paladins different in this game, then fine. But I always found them to be clerics with less spells. Don't say barbarbarians aren't good fighters. And don't say that ciphers aren't good mages/priests either. -

You can even Fighter = Battle Priest = Paladin. Well, ok then. If that is true, then this is also correct: Druid = Cleric Barbarian = Fighter Cipher = Mage/Priest Ranger = Fighter with bows Monk = Fighter without swords Rogue/Thief = Rogue So, according to what you say the game should only have Fighters, Mages, Priests and Rogues (the core classes). Interesting. -

You sound as if only paladins are allowed to be good guys... which is a very paladin-ish point of view, I guess. It's not as if the evil guys got some exclusive class either. There ain't no blackguards, deathknights or necromancers or whatever in this game so far. Paladins do not have to be lawfully good characters - you can have evil paladins (fallen paladins for example) as well. Check the D&D 4th edition for examples.
