Wow, awesome update! I love the lore! It will be so nice to play a game in a world again that is actually alive and has it's own history incl. deep and meaningful lore. Thank you! And the Screenshot of the enviroment is beautiful! Kudos to the artists of the enviroment team! Btw, the water (like in the screenshot) will flow, right? ^^

Check the members list on the first page and choose another title... dwarven paladin, for example, would be fine though. Like? Nobody is taking it seriously as you can see. @Dawn_ Obsidian could have added him at $1, but the Feargusaurus really likes to see us suffer. ^^ But seriously, George Ziets really is the bigger goal. Having such a talented writer on the team really improves the game much more than by just adding two, albeit awesome, classes. Obsidian is also trying to raise funds for the game - so their choice makes a lot of sense.

George Ziets is worth $5 million actually. Obsidian just screwed him over and got him real cheap.. That is one Feargus' talents you know.

The Order is here to [enforce] worship [of] them. They are its Gods! Except from Alvin, he's a transcendent one! Alvin is cool if you ask me. I just don't get Avellone's reaction... like it is a bad thing if a dev shows us his appreciation by joining us. ^^

Hmm, it could. But it also kind of reminds me of "Die dreckige Jana" or something... If you catch my drift. ^^

I'm ok with not translating characters and locations - but items and equipment should definitely be translated imo. It is also a bad translation. It sounds like some guy named Harry needs to take a shower. ^^ "Der erboste Harry" or "Der zornige Harry" would be better translations. It is usually not a good idea to translate some stuff (especially slang) directly.

The thread is fine, nothing obscene. He wants the translation to not only include the basic text, but the names of places, people, etc. as well. In other words, a complete translation. He argues that the translation then sounds more direct; And if any one wants English names in a game, that they should then play it in English. Fantasy names (Edair, Cadegund, etc.) should not be translated, because they are not English. For example: Samuel Cooke -> Samuel Koch; Knights Valley -> Rittertal; Sunset Sarsaparilla -> Abendrot Sarsaparille
