Bioshock: Infinite had a much better story. I am not sure if Wolfenstein: The New Order even had one and while the gunplay was great in The New Order the variety in guns was pretty bad. I liked Wolfenstein: The New Order a lot and I appreciate the good things in it(such as the art, the humor, the gameplay etc.) but I did expect a little bit more of it. I am excited to see how Wolfenstein: The Old Blood will turn out.

Finished playing Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Now I am not a big COD fan(especially when it comes to multiplayer and such) but the main campaign was great. The story was ok, the weapons were fun to shoot and the exo-suit works great!

Has anybody played Dying Light yet? Any impressions?

Saints Row IV: Re-Elected froze on me for the second time. Going back to GTA V...

Just started playing Saints Row IV: Re-elected. It also came with a code for the Gat Out of Hell stand-alone expansion, pretty neat stuff! I expected the graphics to look a little better since this is a remastered version we're talking about. It's great fun though, I still dig the customization and the chaotic, over the top action. Edit: It seems that the Xbox One version of the game includes the expansion on the disc, while the PS4 users have to download it separately. Weird!

Really excited to try it out. I am sure the exploration will be fun, with or without a friend. I wouldn't mind playing together with you chaps once it's released.

I have finished Borderlands 2 twice already but oh man, am I ready to go through everything that is in that box together with my younger brother.

I didn't like that either. It looks way too similar to Dead Island and Dead Island: Riptide. Everything else looks pretty rad though.

You get to experiment with stuff. It's somehow like a "What if..." scenario and humans are curious beings, they like experimenting with stuff and what safer way than a video game? I even heard that back in the 90's some police forces used a modded version of DOOM for room clearing training and such.

Yeah, that's what scares me too. Remember Me looked gorgeous and the presentation was great but everything else was pretty much mediocre. But maybe they have learned from that game and I am itching for a vampire themed RPG.

I would recommend buying Mass Effect 1 while it's still on sale. You can build your character in the first game and import it to the second game. There are a few extra quests available that way if memory serves right.

Dragon Age Inquisition. If you've not tried it yet it's definately a game you can get lost in. Yes. The crafting was the highlight of the game for me.

Bought used copies of Killzone 3 and Of Orcs and Men yesterday. Got to play Killzone 3 for a few hours and it sure is an improvement over Killzone 2. The controls are much more flexible now and the set-piece battles are awesome. The story and the characters on the other hand aren't really good but that's hardly noticeable when the shooting is so much fun. Haven't played Of Orcs and Men yet, but the way I know Cyanide Studios, they are pretty good at storytelling(Of Orcs and men was co-developed with Spider Studios though). Looking forward to playing it soon.

I think he is one of those "I don't care" types. The story trailer is worth checking out.

From what I understand, a different dev team is making DI2. Techland is making Dying Light because they didn't like the direction that the publisher wanted them to take with their second game. Interesting. Dying Light does seem to have more life in it:

I liked the original Dead Island. The crafting was fun, the story and the characters were entertaining, the game world was fun to explore and the gun handling was just awesome! It wasn't exactly easy to hit the enemies but with precise aiming and timing you could take out foes in a very realistic manner which felt very rewarding. I still haven't played Dead Island: Riptide.

Fired up Destiny a few days ago to claim my legendary weapon from the post master(it was gifted to players on christmas). It's still pretty much the same experience: grind for gear! The DLC doesn't do much to change that so it's definitely not worth 20 bucks. Back to BFBC2: Vietnam and GTA V.
