Sad. What a horribly inefficient engine. Unfortunately, I am having a similar experience with Wasteland 2. My rig handles games such as Metro 2033, Alan Wake and The Witcher 2 smoothly, but when it comes to Wasteland 2 my graphics card fan starts roaring like a jet engine. I hope Project Eternity and Torment: Tides of Numenera are better optimized, because...you know...Unity!

Beat The Evil Within yesterday. A very enjoyable experience overall, a solid 8/10 for me. It's also worth noting how long the game is, it took some 18 hours or so to complete.

Oh Boy! Hellgate is back on steam!

Skyrim's sales have a lot to do with it's engine which is not the best, but still very modular. I doubt that Frostbite 3 will be anything similar to Gamebryo 1.5 the Creation Engine.

I am looking forward to this. It looks pretty and it has a huge world for you to explore. Mix that with Bioware's storytelling and you have yourself a deal.

Me too. The presentation is amazing, no question about that, but didn't these guys make Spec Ops: The Line?! I thought the writing on that game was great. What I see on this video(the way the developer emphasizes that the game does not have a story) is a game that is similar to Destiny in many ways which isn't really a good thing.

Any thoughts? I think the game is doomed...

The Evil Within. Story is crap(so far), gameplay is smooth, A.I is stupid as hell and while the graphics are nice, the frame-rate and the FOV make me feel nauseated(playing the PS4 version).

The only thing that annoyed me a little was the camera. Rotating the camera around your characters can be a pain sometimes.

The 2 hours I've put in Wasteland 2 have very rewarding so far. Don't know about you guys but the game does remind me a lot of Fallout 1 & 2.

Destiny. Level 19 Titan. Strikes, Patrols, The Crucible...this game is loads and loads of fun. Add me if you're playing it on the PS4: Astiaks We can do Strikes n' stuff together, and maybe we can form an Obsidian clan and do raids together!

Destiny sure is fun to play. Some random guy joined me and we blasted the crap out a few dozen vanguards. We also killed one of those spider-tank thingies with a bunch of other guys who were doing their own stuff. It was a blast!

Decided to get Destiny despite all those mixed user reviews I read on teh Interwebz. Gonna give it a whirl right now and see what the fuss is all about. PS4. You don't want to miss out on this.
