  1. That game reminds me of Kaptain Brawe: A Brawe New World.
  2. I don't have The Old Hunters dlc yet but I'm definitely looking for a chance to buy it. Heard a lot of good things about it.
  3. Yeah, that along with Skill are the stats that I haven't invested much in. I am getting addicted to this game. I should go and brutalize that pig. :D I also remember the bridge with the werewolves. I should go check it out, I'm in for some more gut-churning boss-fights! Gotta love From Software. Also, thanks for the hints mate!
  4. I didn't encounter the optional boss. I do recall skipping a certain part of the sewers because as I entered, I saw this huge Rhino-like(Not sure, was too scared too double check!)creature and I was on my way to opening shortcuts/doors so I ran away. I just noticed yesterday that I might have skipped a part in the sewers completely. Is it there? I have saved 2 npc's so far. The little girl that was asking me to find her mother. I sent her to Iosefka's Clinic and then noticed that she had given me a music box I though maybe I could have actually found her mom? I also sent that grumpy old woman near the bridge to Iosefka's Clinic. I could have also sent them to that other guy who claims he is sane, but acts like a lunatic(forgot his name), but decided not to. I wasn't much pleased with Iosefka's rewards though, mostly consumable items I haven't found a use for yet. I mean look at poor Gilbert, you talk to the guy two times and he gives you a flamethrower! I have a Cleaver +2, Flamethrower +1 and the shotgun which I haven't upgraded yet. Bloodborne brought back some neat memories from 2009, trying to discover how Demon's Souls works for the first time and going through all those pages of Demon's Souls Wiki. I still haven't figured everything out in Bloodborne, gotta check out my stats again which brings me to my only complaint about this game: why are the stats not properly explained in the options? I mean they are, but it sure takes some time to get used to. I have to go on fiddle with the character-stats screen a bit and see the item descriptions and such. Can't remember what I chose at the beginning of the game, but I like my character. I have high Arcane, Vitality, Strength and Stamina.
  5. Non-optional boss I think. It was a fellow that went by the name of 'Father Gascoigne'.
  6. I watched a couple of guys doing the same stage last night, the frustration was delicious I finally killed the damn thing. Molotovs are your friend.
  7. Tried beating the first boss in Bloodborne. Everything was running fine until he transformed...
  8. I play Okami HD on the PS3 whenever I am not playing Bloodborne. Man, Okami is the very definition of an underrated gem. Such gorgeous visuals and interesting characters. It is also pretty long, after 15 hours or so you get the feeling that you have just barely managed to scratch the surface. Highly recommend!
  9. Yeah, that's what I've been doing so far since the only other weapon I found was a wooden torch But I really like the look of the cleaver, it makes me feel like a butcher. Managed to upload a little bit of gameplay to youtube:
  10. Thanks! I just reached the first boss today and got killed. I noticed her standing there when I was back! One thing I would like to know though, and this might sound stupid, but what does the game mean with 'Awaken Anew'? Some items have that in the description and I haven't tried it yet since I don't know what it does. Overall I am enjoying the hell out of this game. Never played any of the Dark Souls games but I did spend some 60 hours on Demon's Souls back in 2009. I feel that Demon's Souls had more depth when it comes to weapon/character customization but what makes Bloodborne awesome is the environmental story telling. It's simple yet so compelling because it is done right with care and attention.
  11. Just started playing Bloodborne for the first time. Haven't beaten the first Boos yet but I am already impressed by the game. A very very entertaining experience. I also love the art style and the graphics.
  12. I recently finished playing Far Cry 4:
  13. Playing the original Silent Hill on the PS Vita. Just got out of the school, heading towards the church now. I also play some FarCry 4 on and off. The gameplay is a lot of fun and the graphics are some of the best I've seen but I am disappointed that there isn't much variety in the guns and modifications.
  14. This dude is hilarious!
  15. This makes me a very very happy man:
  16. Finished Saints Row 4. A very fun game overall. I'll play the dlc's at a later time. Decided to check out the Ratchet and Clank HD Trilogy. The visuals are so neat, they still hold up to this day.
  17. What destroyed Fallout 4 for me was the writing. Some conversations were so bad it was as if they were written by a 10 year old. I could get past the technical issues but the characters simply made the game unbearable for me.
  18. That is exactly how I tackle the game too. But I am playing a dual wielding Orlan Cipher. I just love Orlans.
  19. Still busy with Pillars of Eternity. 37 hours in and this game simply surpasses every crpg I have played to this day. Everything you touch in Defiance Bay has a story to tell. Loving every second of this game. Dear Obsidian Entertainment, please make more games like this! <3 On other news: I was playing Fallout 4 and I finally reached Diamond City after 40 hours of scavenging and doing miscellaneous tasks. Good lord, that conversation between the mayor and the piper was so bad I had uninstall the game pronto. Swapped it with Batman: Arkham Knight the other day. Feeling better now.
  20. PS2 games with trophy support? I'm in! Sweeeeeeeeeeet. I never got around to play that game, looking forward to the HD Remaster.
  21. Those Hard West screenshots are giving me a Hard On.
  22. Bought Tales of Zestiria for the PS4. I loled really hard when I heard that some butt hurt jrpg fan calling the series Tales of Generica. But what can I say, I like it when the japs make games. Period.
