At least you have more to do as a caster than as a fighter.

Controlling just one DnD character is fine if you are playing with friends as in PnP or in multiplayer, but when you're playing alone with a retarded DM, you need the extra characters to keep things interesting. There's only so much a person can do with a DnD character that essentially plays the game by itself.

Amorphis - Elegy

NWN Aurora was beautiful. Good animations, lots of avatar-emotions and socials. NWN2 seems to be based on the KotOR engine. Char creation, item creation, work-bench, components, auto-rez'ing, animations (or lack of such), all KotOR, no? N. Aurora was a bit ugly, even for its time. However, Its problem wasn't the graphics, it was the rather awful gameplay. In my book, only allowing for the player to control only one character in a single player DnD game is one of the most idiotic design decisions of all time.

My 20 turns are done. Whoever's next will have the pleasure of eradicating Wang from our continent. What I did was the following: - Built the Statue of Liberty (just finished on turn 20). Enjoy the free specialists. - Used the workers to play railroad whack-a-mole. - Churned out more military units. - Rushed improvements in our newer cities. - Rained destruction on Korean forces. - Researched Biology, Physics, Artillery, and Communism (Civic change) Took out Nampo, Paegan, Wonsan and Pusan. Lost about three cannons and two or three cavalries in that endeavour. In retaliation, Wang Kon conquered Pi Ramesses from Hattie, right at the beginning of the war, and keeps pestering our units with his airships. Other than that he's just been standing there getting mauled. Here's a map of Korean cities at the end of my round: As you can see, our units are already marching towards Pi and Seoul. Who do we attack next? Babylon should be easy to deal away with. Note: For some unfathomable reason, the image doesn't seem to be working with Firefox. IE works fine, though.
