Nope. Doesn't work. Now the three people shouting "free the krug" have gone, and the one woman won't give me any dialogue options. I've reloaded from a save point and the same thing happens when I attempt to talk to the krug.
I'm in Stonebridge and the last mission I have to do is free the Krug. I speak to the automaton, and ask to speak to the Krug. Then I regain control and can't do anything with the gate behind the automaton. When I speak to him again, I get the same dialogue choices as before. Even if I make a decision, nothing happens.
Anyone else had this?
Let's hope it sells well in NA, otherwise I doubt they'll bother with an expansion. Although, they did two for New Vegas, and that had a seriously mixed reception.
As long as we're talking about DLC and not a patch, then I see that being pretty feasible. The more I think about it, the more I have trouble imagining that the dev's will be able to patch things like the camera and save system as it's probably at the core design of the game. It'd be like a butterfly effect of re-coding, change one thing and have to change another five. I think a lot of it depends on whether Square Enix are prepared to give them the resources to do it.
It'll be interesting to see what the dev's have to say about it. I can only assume that they're awaiting the NA launch to see how it is received before going public with any statements, patch details or DLC idea requests.
That would be a good feature, but mostly the appearance of your character doesn't change a great deal aside from weapons and shields. There are variations, but they're subtle.
I'm loving the SP. I'm dreading it ending TBH. It is shorter than a lot of RPG's, but there's not as much dialogue. There's tons of lore if you like reading up on the history of the world, but the action is where it's at for me. Adding dodges and blocks really benefits the experience (as opposed to click until creature is dead).
They are very well done. In fact it's always sad when you come to the end of one, although then you get to sell your loot and buy stuff ready for the next one! DUNGEONS RULE!
I've had a quick dabble with two of the characters and they play completely differently and they are both fun. As for replayability, though, I can't say until I've finished it. I've replayed after getting halfway through and it seems fine, there's plenty of action and enough scope with the customisation and loot to keep things relatively fresh.
Well, give it a go. This is only my opinion, so you may quite like it...
I doubt I will like it, friend. The last games I played that are similar to DS3 in terms of Gameplay were Sacred 2, Fable 3 and Two Worlds 2, and both didn
I'll probably play through with some of the other characters and see how they handle. I don't think the choices I've made will affect the outcome too much, but I haven't finished it yet so I may be surprised!
This might be an Xbox only thing, but the couple of times I've joined another player's game, it gave me the level up screen and all points had been reset for me to choose.
I haven't used Steam since Half Life 2 lol. I just remember getting it when I didn't have an internet connection. Couldn't play it until I moved house!
