  1. I am not sure if I understand correctly, and I am not Sims fan, but what emotions have to do with pools? That explanation is fishy at best People comparing it to EA's explaination on why SimCity had to be always online and couldn't have large cities. Largely bull, with a little bit of misdirection.
  2. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1381502542/robotech-academy New Robotech series?
  3. Stay away from AC3. It was decent, I suppose but I got bored in chapter 10 and decided to uninstall the game. I guess you could give it a try if it goes on sale during Steam holiday sale.Already got all but Black Flag and Liberation HD, with 3 I mostly want toplay the DLC. I'm a huge althistory buff so the Tyranny of King George stiff sounds awesome.
  4. AC > AC2 > AC3 ~ AC:B = AC:R AC:R > AC2 > AC:B > AC3 > AC:BF ~ AC Of course I'm playing Divinity: Original Sin atm. Every fan of CRPGs should do so. Playing a bit of that too here and there. Anyway, seems opinions vary wildly on the AC games. I guess as long as they keep more to the AC2 formula than the AC formula I should enjoy them all.
  5. I love Continuum. Though sometimes the editing/pacing makes you feel like you missed something. Latest season finale was bonkers.
  6. I had to retrain myself to read blocks of text. Single line subtitles at a time have not done wonders for the attention span.
  7. How good are the later Assassins Creed games in relation to AC2? I got bored rather quickly with AC, but I haven't enjoyed a game as much as AC2 in a long time, and I'm hoping there isn't a huge drop in quality. Though I hear 3 is not so good.
  8. More like carbonated mineral water for me. Sodastream?
  9. So let me get this straight. You bought a game on the steam sale and then started playing them on the xbox? I had the first one for xbox, got it years ago, and bought 2, brotherhood, revelations, and 3 on Steam because they were like $5 each.
  10. Bought a bunch of Assassins Creed games during the steam sale so I booted up my xbox copy of the first one to play through it. Yipes it gets repetitive quickly. Killed my 4 th target and getting bored. So I booted up AssCreed 2. Soooooo much better.
  11. Women in my experience are more about the emotional abuse than the physical. Why hit when you can ruin them socially?
  12. I think they have a place. Sidequests with a sense of urgency. If someone runs up to you in desperate need for you to help and you agree then walk off to another city, you should fail that quest. People aren't just going to sit in an alleyway being mugged for 3 days while you finish an errand.
  13. I was wondering, what with Wasteland 2 and Pillars of Eternity looking to release before it, yet it entered development before either of them. I wasn't really worried, it will be done when it's done and I have too many games to play anyway.
  14. Yeah, sometimes happens when trying to post on mobile. Trying to paste stuff is a nightmare too, always pastes at the top of the edit box instead of where the cursor is.
  15. I couldn't finish reading it. Douche is the word that comes to mind.
  16. I lost interest in the game as soon as I saw the movie characters. I've been trying to get through the Autobot campaign in War For Cybertron so I can move on to Fall of Cybertron, but its so damned hard. Running out of ammo wouldn't be so frustrating if Melee combat wasn't so awful. I died horribly in the first battle and haven't been able to bring myself to get back into it, and I really enjoyed Dead Man's Switch.
  17. This is another reason I don't want to move. Trying to get your deposit back is like pulling teeth. But of course buying a place is pretty much out of reach unless you've got two incomes here, so I'm stuck renting. Also, lazy. Reports here say to buy a house you need a combined household income of $120,000 annually. So we would need 4 incomes. http://www.crackshackormansion.com/
  18. I got to the point where they started giving out identity supplements and at that point its more work than fun. It takes me so long to go over all the paperwork that I average getting 6-8 people through, and I need to get 11 through just to break even on rent, heat, and food. Terrorist days we go cold. it was only $4, but with the price of games, I expect to get more than an hour of playtime out of my $4, and I didn't with Papers Please, so I regret purchasing.
  19. Sims 2 has been my favorite so far. Open For Business and a couple simple object mods let my character open a comic book store, and all the supernatural sims in each expansion let me build a pretty sweet Munsters-esque family.
  20. I grabbed AssCreed 2, 3, Brotherhood, Revelations, Mount and Blade Warband, Wolf Among Us, Walking Dead Season 2, Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion, Papers Please, and The Bureau. So far I regret Papers Please and Sins of a Solar Empire., but that's only like 11 bucks worth of my purchases though. That 11 could have gone to Banished or Saints Row IV though.
  21. No idea how they're going to do a sequel, but I'll see it regardless
  22. AC3? My condolences. got it for the DLC. I'm an Alternate History buff.
  23. Last time I moved made me so angry. Spent 3 days cleaning the old place only for them to charge us $120 for cleaning because we didn't properly wipe down our smoke detectors, and dust our thermostats and washer/dryer hookups.
  24. Did it actually air or is it the one that was leaked online? Saw the newspaper, fueled speculation that the billionaire high tech vigilante that is going to be in season 3 of Arrow will be batman rather than Blue Beetle as was initially assumed. Personally I'd rather Blue Beetle.
