I thought the visuals and action scenes of Sucker Punch were great, but the narrative was just kinda meh. I dont regret buying it, but regret paying full price.

Lead in Murdoch Mysteries is also the lead in the kids show The Adventures of Napkin Man. So I can't see it without seeing that.

There are a lot of little used female characters who could be great with the right redesign and a push. Monica Rambeau is one that gets brought up a lot by comic fans. Black female, which ticks 2 spots on the diversity checklist, badass power set,shes an ex military officer and was a ship captain, two positions of authority. She was onetime leader of the Avengers and led Nextwave. If they want a positive female character, look no further.

FemThor or LadyThor seem like a pretty easy way to distinguish which one is being discussed. Was it this big a deal when they had a black Captain America? Yes, but variant covers don't always match the contents of the comic. By this logic, wouldn't the Skoottie Young baby variants or the selfie variants DC did a while back also draw criticism for not matching the tone of the book? For example, this is the Superman variant for Joker month: Supes even has the trunks in that one. Hardly representative of the book.

Batgirl has PTSD from that encounter with the Joker. She was paralyzed for years. The cover didn't insinuate that she needed a man to save her. And DC has a much bigger history of raping male characters anyway.

I unpack boxes of fasteners so that other people can pack them up again. I also pack up orders of decorative garage door fixtures so people can buy them at home depot and people can make their garage doors look like barn doors.

Its a shame. I had a blast when I went. The dealer area was huge and there was some really good deals. Got the first 5 trades of Y: The Last Man for 20 bucks, and got tons of stuff signed by Warren Ellis. That man is hilarious. Oh well, Vancouver has its own con now so I save on hotel and travel. A fraction of the size but still fun.

Yeah. I went like 8 years ago. Got a 4 day pass for 50 bucks in like early march. Was a bitch finding a hotel, but tickets were no problem. I think its like 170 for 4 days now. I remember they sold out of 4 day passes like 2 weeks after I bought mine, and Friday and Saturday were sold out by late april. Sunday sold out like 2 weeks before the con.

Thanks man you just saved me some bucks, god knows I hate DLCs and while I love Paradox I am not going to support that kind of BS Paradox's DLC is usually not bad. You get the $10-15 expansions that are usually worth the money and get 75% discounts after 4 months anyway, then the $1-2 aesthetic dlc that is entirely skippable and generally only for the hardcore players.

I am so far behind. I have 7 episodes of the 100, 6 of Sleepy Hollow, 4 Better Call Saul, and a Comic Book Men on my PVR, and me and the missus started watching the Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt on Netflix (which is wonderful btw)
