  1. Sue was on Cap's side, Reed was on Tony's, Johnny was on Cap's after he woke from his coma, and Thing was reluctantly part of Tony's, but buggered off to France after he decided both sides were stupid for fighting and putting civilians in harms way. All are owned by Fox right now so won't be part of the movies. I hope Fox lets go of those rights soon though. Marvel is going to need some of the villains bundled into those rights to keep their movies going. Fox owns the Skrulls, Galactus, Kang, Doom, etc.
  2. The chinese character irks me a bit this season though. Why would slavers capture her off the coast of china, then go all the way to france to sell her? At that point thats like a 2 year journey.
  3. I've never had an issue. Only thing I've had to deal with medically is prescriptions. Emergency room visits are a pain due to how busy they are, as are the walk-in clinics, but I got myself a family doctor and she's fantastic. Yeah the "free" part is a bit of a misnomer, most provinces include it in taxes, BC and Alberta have the medical premiums, I pay 30 bucks a month, but that comes off my paycheck, so I never see a bill.
  4. I think Dangerous is mostly the subtle evil options, which is how most of us would play evil
  5. New announcement is not World of Darkness related, according to a facebook post.
  6. Could be like Redemption where you start in the past before it moves to modern day. I'm ok with that.
  7. I hated that level. But that's more because I'm a wussy. I have a love/hate with that level. I hate scary, but it was so well done...
  8. People are thinking it might be a vampire game set in Rome. Evil personality test, url is Human Resources(ie food) and announcement is on the ides of march.
  9. https://twitter.com/PdxInteractive/status/708295385253617664 Paradox has an announcement coming, little evil personality test. Obsidian's logo is at the end.
  10. I missed last season of Vikings because we rearranged our cable to save money and lost History. They changed the channel pack setup and I was able to get it again just in time for a marathon of last season before the new season started. Damn its a good show. I hope if its popularity keeps up it continues beyond Ragnar's death into the Great Pagan Army and his sons going on to found the major norse kingdoms, as they are doing a good job of making Bjorn an interesting character and have started giving Ubbe and Ivar some more screen time.
  11. Pretty much. Stats drive combat, player drives narrative.
  12. It was in closed beta after being pushed back to q2 2016. Was supposed to come out last year. A lot of beta players on the Lionhead forums were all talking about how they regretted giving bad feedback. As for Lionhead shutting down, supposedly they have someone trying to find another IP to work on and if they can't they will close. Should have just done Fable 4 instead of jumping on the co-op multiplayer bandwagon.
  13. I don't know if its the better viewing angle, but it seems like it looks better than last season
  14. I couldn't get into the 4th Star Ocean, and thats after absolutely loving 2 and 3 (need to boot up my emulator and finally play 1 sometime). I think I played it for a 2 or 3 hours and couldn't make it out of the initial crash site, and the CG character art was terrible. Saw they released an "international" version later that kept the original anime artwork. No idea why they thought the original western release needed to change it.
  15. Daredevil s2 looks amazing. Only beef with the costumes is the lack of Elektra's bandana.
  16. Wasn't there talk about a new OBS kickstarter firing up last year? What happened to that?
  17. At this point, I don't think much of value was truly lost here, as the studio was just a shell of its former self. A shame that the company's plans (perhaps dreams, more accurately) for their games were never fully realized, and that they're gone entirely now, though. The first time I played through Fable: The Lost Chapters many years ago, and my experimentation in Black & White, are good memories - although I knew next to nothing about the two games going in, which probably explains why I wasn't so horribly disappointed as so many others were. Still. I didn't really follow the hype as much so I enjoyed pretty much everything they did, even The Movies and Fable 3, though Fable 3 was disappointing. When trying to decide between Xbone and PS4 the Fable franchise was one of the points in Xbone's favour... maybe not anymore.
  18. I imagine the xbone will be the last true game console they make, and xbox will just be a brand of prebuilt living room PCs in the future. Sad about Lionhead. I enjoyed most of their games, though Fable Legends wasn't something I was looking forward to. The CoOp focus really turned me off. I imagine cancelling it this far into development meant it had some serious issues.
  19. Guess I'll update my list One game each, though I'll make exceptions for some.
  20. The actual Witcher novels I don't find as engaging as the short story compilations. I'm on Baptism of Fire and it doesn't seem like a lot has really happened.
  21. Colleges and Universities are swarming with them, in the student body AND faculty. MSNBC had quite a few, but I think they're receding there. Its mostly the participation trophy generation coming of age without ever having to deal with any adversity and seeing the slightest bit of it as some sort of oppressive conspiracy.
  22. Dave Rubin has been saying something similar for months. If you constantly shout down the reasonable people for minor bull****, you get the unreasonable people stepping up.
  23. The Leafs. In Canada at least.
  24. Ventrue dude died in a car crash I think. Since he was the main character they didn't bother. At least thats what I heard
  25. Watched Fuller House for like 4 hours. It's definitely a worthy successor to Full House. Cheesy, family friendly, and full of cameos
