  1. Hey, you can still strain it with NWN2 if worse comes to worse
  2. The definition of bugs differs wildly around here, as does their occurrence. In addition to whatever technical bugs, be aware that there is a whole bunch of graphical glitches which may or may not annoy you and some of the possible weapon paths are arguably all but useless. And Mike is kind of a ****, but I guess that's a feature
  3. So 2/10, one for each world was actually accurate?
  4. I'm not reading it unless it has a full inventory system, laser swords and is described using Unreal Engine graphics.
  5. This will always come down to how much you are annoyed by the problems vs how awesome you think X, Y and Z are. Also, go play Mask of the Betrayer, Dabu.
  6. Considering the themes in AP, it's pretty self-explanatory actually.
  7. Well, I do like hallways... Obviously China is denying it because it is actually a super-secret space gundam factory.
  8. That's that the story I posted was about, but I guess having a magic sci-fi city is more exciting than the actual facts...
  9. Good job shooting themselves in the foot with the first video then. Anyway, sounds like a potential setting for Bioshock 4+
  10. Every developer and their mother should be making a few extra bucks on the side from mobile apps, there's still quite a bit of room for innovative games from veteran developers. Get on it Obsidian, a dialogue-based RPG with no combat, go!
  11. I wouldn't compare Torment and BG2 directly, they are focused on quite different things and both have their strengths and weaknesses.
  12. Isn't that the crazy conspiracy theory stuff?
  13. I miss BG's Spell Sequencer with Doom, Greater Malison and Chromatic Orb...
  14. Throw some AA and high-res textures in there and you have a winner.
  15. that's exactly what he liked about IWD one of the things, that is. what confuses me is that nobody here brought Torment up yet I find liking the lack of awesome spells somewhat counterproductive, but to each their own. As for Torment, the combat isn't anything to write home about. Could have used more bizarre reality-bending special abilities, MotB did that part pretty well incorporating your unique "condition" into the gameplay.
  16. But BG2 has more awesome spells, I'm confused.
  17. There was a pretty quick fix for that. Imagine that shooting with a skill-based dynamic crosshair and you have recipe for lowest review scores yet.
  18. Then they'd just be accused of ripping off Dead Space! With worse shooting
  19. Creative journalism as per usual. China denies mega city plans
  20. The opposite would make them shills, so try to look on the bright side.
  21. The push for better graphics is obviously inevitable for Sony to compete with the 3DS, but I really feel that graphic-intensive games really aren't what people want to play on the go. I'm much happier playing turn-based strategy and puzzle games instead of a FPS or whatnot. The plethora of inputs is certainly encouraging, though.
  22. Damn I hated those ventilation shafts, first alien that suddenly attacked from behind in one scared the crap out of me. I'm not into actual horror games, but one part why I love System Shock 2 and AvP2 is the uneasy feeling they manage to create. Yup both of the games have a really good creepy factor, but they both also fall apart by the end when you're blasting the scary enemies away left and right with giant guns.
  23. The graphics look insanely good. I'm really looking forward to further details on the machine. We pretty much have all the details except for a price and a US/EU release date.
  24. Use the quote button. I have never played a horror game, probably should look into them. I do have a nightlight, so I'm all set. Looking back, that does seem like a good idea. Try Penumbra or Amnesia if you want to play some freaky stuff.
  25. Again, my comment was aimed at Wrath "never playing horror games".
