Fun night with lots of disturbances and wakeups. So the morning arrived and I was all "bloody hell, I don't want to get up". Got up, and ended up spending an hour getting the computer to work right before I could even start looking at anything. I get the feeling it's going to be one of those days, rather then a good friday..

I think he ment to say that discriminating poeple because they are discriminating people is still discriminating. Only the values/variables change. Eh, I have no problem with certain types of discrimination. If someone is a moronic wanker, then I'm going to discriminate against them because they're annoying little ****s.

Still helping my sister sort things out for moving into her new place. Although I'm taking a break to measure up her old room and ponder on where I could put in a desk or two and some book cases and potentially turn it into an office/computer room/extension of my library... I just have to make sure I get a jump on the rest of the family before they try turning it into various other things....

I guess he wasn't one of the ones who jumped on the bandwagon and joined the vory or bratva and using covert ops training for criminal enterprises to make their millions before becoming the next corrupt, background ruling, capitalist oligarchy types...

After helping load boxes into the cars for my sister, I thought I'd take a break and catchup on the season finale of Top Gear. The F-type Jag does look quite glorious.. and they ended with a look at the motor industry in the UK. Looking at the figures of 1 in 3 Fords sold world-wide have an engine made in the UK plant, 70% of Motor Sports R&D apparently occurs here, various facts and figures.. Before having an incredibly over the top, national pride boomph of gathering all the "products" made by a company in the UK in London outside Buckingham Palace. Sports cars, family cars, tractors, lorries, buses, hearses, jcb's, armoured vehicles, icecream vans etc. From one end of the Mall to the other.

Hm, when you find it's gone 3am and you're still not asleep and you're brain keeps stringing random things together as you try to relax it's always a bit surreal. Especially when it starts that spiral of bizare things linking together that really don't normally, and then you're all "where the frak did that come from?" only to have another series of weird and random thoughts form into nonsensical sentences. Still, morning has arrived. My sister has taken the day off to sort things out for when she moves into this new place she's getting. So plenty of running up and down into the attic and digging out boxes and wotnot, while the dogs dance around excitedly. Hm, and for some reason my pc is acting a little weird which is annoying. When I right click on a file to cut and paste or rename or suchlike it's taking 10-30 seconds of whirring after a right click to get any options.

Since we've partially derailed the other one with a touch of humour, I'll add this to balance it out some..- 610 replies

If we're going to derail some.. Then let us do it properly with humour <snip> Followed by half-nekkid Sci-Fi authors posing as the reverse geners on a sci-fi cover pose..

Red 2. It runs through the standard rigamarole and motions of spy/thriller type plot with that mix of chemistry between the actors and just enough tongue-in-cheek to keep a smile on your face and not be taken too seriously. Not many laugh out loud moments, but definitely a few chuckles in the mix.

Well it is making that nice "headline splash" for the newly elected "hardliners" in Spain. Although so far they appear to be focusing more on just making it difficult for people, ie: the 7 hours wait on crossing the border, increased "tax research" on anyone owning property in Spain who happens to live in Gibraltar, talking about shutting down airspace access to Gibraltar, and adding border crossing fees...

I did do a quick search for "Hot Greek Women" , but there are way too much blatantly **** and ass shots that are in no way safe for the forums.. so I'm going to not spend a whole heap of time winnowing through for some appropriate. Instead, I'll just leave a picture of legs..- 610 replies

Well Shelly, Byron and Polidori were all meant to be a mixture of drunk and stoned together in that summer of 1816, and look what they produced. Woke up exceptionally groggily this morning, phasing in and out of some bizarre dreams and a semi-grindy/stabby headache. Also had a large german shephard sat next to my bed poking my face with a wet nose. Plus it's a Monday. Was highly tempted to ignore the Monday and pretend it was Sunday again.

Although the Peter Davison comment on his daughter's wedding was somewhat amusing. "So my daughter is marrying David Tenant, who is playing a later version of a character I played. And she played his daughter so that makes it even more confusing when I had to give the father of the bride speech...."

Today I woke up and thought it was Monday. Realised it was Sunday and shut down for the day.

I think one of the odd things to get used to with Matt Smith was how.. joyfully elastic faced and rubbery physicality he brought to the role. It was very much a return to that childish exuberance of being alive. That slowly got toned down over his four year run. Now they're going for the tall, thin, old Doctor. And that makes it hard to pull in a relative unknown for the role if you're looking at "old actors". Of course, the really weird thing for me is that they've picked an actor who played a named character in a Doctor Who episode from Tenants run, and who also had that relatively "major" character in Torchwood's "Children of Earth" mini-season.

And apparently the box office takings their getting from China are prompting them to start the go-ahead on potential sequels for Pacific Rim That is of course if they manage to get their issues with Chinese tax sorted out so the film studios can get the last few years of money out of them.

Hm, you know you keep saying specific ethnicities on all these brunettes, but I've run into girls who look like that (bone structure and wotnot) in England, Wales, France, Greece, maaybe Austria (it's been awhile), America, and yes, in Russia (definitely in Yalta, not so much in Odessa). Does the ethnicity really matter? I thought it was more about pretty women in general... Oh, and how different cultures perceive them of course.- 610 replies
