  4. I should have added the rest of the link , so my bad.. but here's one of the reports on it all..: The Escapist - UK Tabloid Confuses Deus Ex Company for Real World Firm
  5. The DEHR Director's cut merges in the Missing Link into the original game, and all of the boss fights have been overhauled. So no more walking directly into a pure combat heavy fight (supposedly), that a few other small tweaks and touches to how it plays. If you already own the original game and the dlc, the cost for it is around 5 euro's.
  6. Hm, well the dog is still whining pathetically, so the vet was called and they're surprised. So they want him back in to put under sedation and go have an explore. I half think they broke his tail during the original op or something like that... On the plus side, after spending about 3 hours at the hospital this morning, the whole grouping of specialists have finally decided that the lack of quality of life has reached a point that the potential risks of doing a knee replacement on my mother might actually be worth considering. That and with various things her lower spines curing and now one leg is about an inch and a half shorter then the other. Getting the anesthesiologist, the dermatologist, the orthopaedic surgeon, and the other handful of "specialists" to stop doing the "I'd do it but x, y and z could interfere which isn't in my field so I need to talk to ..." and actually agreeing on something seems a major miracle. Whether this means they'll actually fix the other knee that had a replacement that "clicks" is another matter.
  7. And talking of TV warnings in general...

  10. Well if he was an LMD the old backscatter / x-ray vision would have meant she saw a hellava lot more. That, and the way Fitz & Simmon's talked about the tech in that eye being a decade in advance of what Shield has.. suggests that it's not going to be a traditional LMD if it were an LMD...
  11. And sometimes.. It's just about the legs..
  12. and shiny too .... wax on, wax off Dang, I've got an amusing motivational picture with that caption.. but after the body paint images it would be pushing this thread too far.. So how about we just go with something incredibly pink..
  13. Ouch. The dangers of social media and keeping an eye on your personal data I guess.. Open Letter to New York Comic Con - Protect Our Secret Identities
  14. Given the minimal mechanical changes between titles, if you're not playing AC for the plot, I'm flabbergasted as to why you'd ever buy more than one of them. What, you don't play it to be able to climb up historic monuments and gawk at the pretty views?
  15. Okay, to return to an assortment of clothed ladies... A blonde, a "redhead", and a brunette...
  16. Well it might be a few months old, but I thought this might catch some folks fancy.. DNA Fog
  17. Just to throw in the odd article from io9.. io9 - The Backfire Effect shows why you can't use facts to win arguments
  18. After that hit on my savings to get a working pc, I'm economising in a big way. Although one of the fans on my graphics card has started to make grinding noises whenever I boot up, so I'm kind of crossing my fingers and hoping it doesn't go on me in the next few months.
