Getting the anesthesiologist, the dermatologist, the orthopaedic surgeon, and the other handful of "specialists" to stop doing the "I'd do it but x, y and z could interfere which isn't in my field so I need to talk to ..." and actually agreeing on something seems a major miracle. Whether this means they'll actually fix the other knee that had a replacement that "clicks" is another matter.
