Yes you are, AD = Anna DeWitt a brand of guilt.

It wasn't a bomb detection security, they were running drills that day. I believe that the FBI involvement in this matter is deeper than just security, that the Saudi National that was first arrested has been largely overlooked despite being on the Terror watch list and that the video used as evidence of their suspicions of the brothers isn't sufficient specially when you consider that there were other individuals at the scene who were equally if not more suspicious. As I have too many questions that are likely going to remain unanswered by the official reports I have to search my truth elsewhere. So I cannot say with complete certainty what I happened but I doubt that the situation is what it seems.

Or we can all agree that it was thinly veiled plot device to make the story appear more edgy, because happy endings are not mature and growing up is suffering. Ken Levine confirmed for EMO.

They had military troops going from house to house, no cars, buses, trains going in or out and the people were under curfew. Something that they didn't even do when the Donner situation happened. Is not the act but the scope of the act itself that seems more akin to martial law than just a lockdown. Also they keep mentioning that the brothers are charged with using WWD; now I may not know what the legal definition for WWD is but I'm fairly sure that there is a world of difference between a nuclear bomb and a homemade device that injured 22 and killed 2. Plus there is the fact that the FBI was at the scene running bomb drills the same day, with allegedly bomb sniffing dogs at the start and finish line. It's just a very suspicious situation considering that there is more questions than evidence of guilt.

Cuban immigrant currently residing in Florida. Regarding martial law, it is not a common occurrence and it is not something declared on a whim. The suspect it's "communicating" as far as the shot through his throat will let him, he was also the younger brother who had not been implicated in a terrorist plot beforehand.

True Neutral Human Sorcerer (3rd Level) Ability Scores: Strength-13 Dexterity-17 Constitution-15 Intelligence-16 Wisdom-14 Charisma-14 Yeah, that's kind of accurate

What is interesting is that everyone seems to be drawing up conclusions even though the boys are only suspected of being the perpetrators, even though putting up the martial law and massive manhunt would suggest that everyone has already made up their minds. I get the whole innocent until proven guilty, but let's be realistic. The odds of them not being the perpetrators are incredibly low. Usually people who are framed don't go on a rampage and throw explosives out of car windows during the ensuing manhunt. They also don't put an entire city under martial law just because of a manhunt. What is your point, exactly? Is this just a general criticism of the way law enforcement handled themselves, or are you suggesting something more sinister? Something sinister, this could very well be exasperation on part of Boston's government due to the severity of the actions committed against them. On the other hand I don't think this is the usual MO for this sort of thing. If they actually suspected terrorism then Homeland security would be involved. It just seems a little odd and when paired with the fact that we don't know what evidence they have against the brothers that actually implicates them in the bombing. I mean, this a manhunt and martial law for a suspect of a crime. Plus there is the fact that the FBI previously failed to find terrorist ties.

Fine, I'll bite

Is Glenn Beck possibly talking about Abdulrahman Ali Alharbi? A Saudi National who was given passage out of the country shortly after the bombings and soon after Obama met with Saudi officials. Also worth noting that the elder brother who's now dead had been investigated by the FBI in relation to being a suspect in terrorism during 2011. Considering the "methods" the FBI has used in the past to capture terrorism "suspects" before they commit terrorist acts. Like providing all the materials to commit such acts in what closely resembles entrapment. There is also the matter of what evidence they had to suspect the Tsarnaev brothers, if its only video of them being at the Boston marathon with bags then one could easily point out other more suspicious individuals, some of which are speculated to be related private contractors. Is likely that we are not going to get all the answers in this case, that these questions will be dismissed as conspiracy theory and that the case will never see a day in open court. On the other hand it is a rare day when I agree with Glenn Beck.

So why hasn't there been any attempt to bring a case all the way up to the Supreme Court in order to ban this sort of thing? -
I wish I could like Clutch more, that mix of blues and hard rock is great but for some reason their composition never seems to quite grasp me.

Pandering isn't something to be proud of, it shows a remarkable lack of integrity that makes their word and it's worth much lesser than that of a bigot.

Ecclesiaton was fine, Tennant has the best situations and companions and Matt Smitt has the best writing. You are all far too jaded to enjoy Dr. Who anymore, tis a pity

Oh that's evil. Can it be proved without access to their books? -
Well that all depends on the Superman writer and continuity. Generally though, I would say Bruce Banner. IIRC, a kryptonian's intelligence increased steadily under a yellow sun, so Clark was a genius in certain continuity. Banner has always been depicted as extremely intelligent, and is on par with Tony Stark and Reed Richards, who are considered two of the smartest people on the planet. I'd say that he's smarter than Tony Stark but still somewhat lower than Pym and I don't think there is anyone who can match Reed's scientific knowledge. IDK what Superman has done intellectually, but I remember that delightful ark involving a depowered Bruce Banner with just his brains as a weapon. Too bad it didn't last long.

You know what, this Superman vs Hulk is an old argument. New question: Who's smarter Clark Kent or Bruce Banner?
-
Hulk?Sentry?DC vs Marvel? When did this thread got full of awesome? @Ametep: Did they ever say whether the Hulk's gamma radiation affected Superman in any way?

First thing I saw when I entered the classroom today was everyone huddled in front of a computer screen watching this video.

Well, I'm more relieved now that I found that the only friend I have in Boston is safe and all of his family & friends are as well. He lives 5 miles away from where the incident took place and during the course of the conversation I heard the sirens of passing fire trucks.

Exactly, but that safety net does exist and it the used game market which only profits the distributor. Instead of realizing a method to completely bypass these people who where undermining their profit, instead they try to dry customers from their bucks with DLCs. Funnily enough, no one ever mentions distributors as part of the problem. -

It's actually pretty common for games to barely break even because of high production costs, Tomb Raiders is just one in a long line of games that are considered to be failures. Hell, Tomb Raider isn't even one of the most expensive games to develop, those are usually around 100 million and upwards. IMO, gaming saw a drastic change in 2005 and grew exponentially right around the time when recession began to hit. Consumer habits changed and games were a better alternative for entertainment, which is why for a while games seemed recession proof. In turn this attracted investors and the industry had one of the greatest grow spur that we have seen so far. Unfortunately publishers didn't know how to adapt to this change and thought only of maximizing profit without creating a safety net for games, to the point that companies where cannibalizing themselves.
