  1. Everybody needs at least one hobby. What about exercising? Its fun, time consuming, not very cost intensive and has a ton of healthy side effects. What I did today: Finally received my 7.62mm 240 grain SMK's which I ordered 4 weeks ago. Left to right: 150 grain FB, 168 grain SMK, 220 grain SMK, 240 grain SMK. According to my calculator if launched at 810 m/s this ones gonna be good out to 1500 meters easily. For comparison, the 168 is only good for about 1000 even though its velocity is much faster. Good luck with your assassination attempt.
  2. Hasn't he/she heard of dishwashers? They free up time for better trolling attempts, although to be fair any member of our forum that is also a Pharaoh is likely to fall for it.
  3. Actually, Nature will fix everything just not for us. Meaning that us = The issue here is whether we are expelling pollution at a faster rate than what nature can process and on the particular issue of the Greenhouse effect there is no verifiable evidence. So we can't actually confirm that it exist much less that it's caused by humans; sorry Al Gore. But something has to be said about the human's ability to affect their environment, quite literally changing the landscape from a valley into a city. Our environment comes at the expense of the natural state of things which leaves nature with less resources with which defend itself against our presence.
  4. Is it just me or is Oby branching out from his usual crazyness?
  5. Why is it a hoax?

LoF never broke character, I miss him sometimes.
  7. So we'll pretend to be liberal, run on a democratic platform but then do everything opposite. We'll be like Obama!
  8. I don't believe there are
  9. I know, but I kind of like them. Also, a well kept strip is acceptable and sometimes better.
  10. Acid rain and the dust bowl. Counterpoint? My point was: a) "Duh hurr, there's lots of us" isn't a scientific argument b) "Dur hurr... x" isn't a scientific argument. As you just pointed out. Rationalism IMO isn't much better than faith. In fact it's worse because it wastes all sorts of time sitting around in togas. Scientific rationalism FTW! W00t! Way to go with the ad hominem there. Just to be clear do you or do you not believe that the dust bowl and acid rain are caused by humans? Because if your argument is that you don't believe that humans can have a large effect on weather those are two example which disprove it.
  11. That one made me laugh
  12. It takes a while for the denial to set in.
  13. Acid rain and the dust bowl. Counterpoint?
  14. That's just proof that I'm the real me, almost all my posts are edited, since I can't psell. Nonsense, you recently changed your avatar to a German Shepherd and your article mentioned West Germany. Coincidence?! I think not!
  15. Does it count if we reside in the US?
  16. How can you say that while jesus is weaping? Because they're immoral or because they're fat?
  17. You have seriously bad taste for picking Gaider over the obviously superior Avellone.
  18. Nonsense, a lot of talentless women still depend on child support payments to make a living. Why do you want to force them to work?
  19. The plot thickens; also why did you edit such a short post? Unless you are not Nepenthe but an NSA operative trying to do damage control, give us back our Nephie!
  20. It loses something in translation, asterico, asterico, asterico, asterico, sounds better with a Spanish accent. @Decado: We were just being facetious about the topic but thanks on the info. Still something has to be said for the US being consistently divided about going to war since the time of its conception until modern day.
  21. People People, can't we have a serious conversation about a Bioware game? Also, are those landscapes romanceable?
  22. Yeah, I saw that a while ago. Kinda makes me lose hope, so buyer's beware.
  23. I'm waiting until they have bulk orders savings.
  24. Wals, congress would be a better place if they had congressmen like you. I cut Manning some slack because firstly, I doubt anyone is so narcissistic that they would face either a self imposed exile or 10 years in prison just to get 15 minutes of fame. Secondly, because putting myself in his shoes I realize that being in possession of that information is a high tension situation where the rational leads more towards self preservation than the best course of action, aka: he panicked. Plus Congress is a highly inefficient body whose track record makes me believe that they are more corrupt than the president itself. I don't see why anyone would trust them.
