  1. It's a good money sink as well - most cRPGs have you swim in money, so that's one way to avoid that.

  5. I'd love that. Enjoyed it a great deal in Might & Magic and Arcanum. I love those master quests in Arcanum; a definite thumbs up from me!
  6. First look at the character models? More likely is that they'll animate it. The waterfall, etc. Yeah, that sound more probable. Would love to see that, too.
  7. Yeah, I'd like to see something like that, those leaves, scrolls and the statue are a nice touch. Obviously KB's style is quite different, but something along those lines would be great. It feels like it belong there, as if it was part of the gameworld (figuratively speaking), which is something that's very important to me. I don't like disconnected UIs, such as the one in Skyrim - it really didn't fit the fantasy theme of the game, felt more like an IPhone application.

  9. I'd love to see some horror themes weaved in from time to time; not too often, as it cheapens the experience - but the right dose really can work brilliantly. Wouldn't mind black humour either
  10. I have a sneaking suspicion that they have something really exciting saved just for monday. Another screen maybe? Some announcement?
  11. Here's hoping they won't completely ignore the artistic merits of the UI - I'd love something that is not only functional, but also very appealing to look at. Basically, an improved version of IWD II UI. Ornaments, small statues etc.
  12. We were at 75k yesterday. 3,5 mil. is actually very likely. Monday will bring a lot of pledges. Double Fine managed to get a little over 400k in the last day.
  13. I hated inventory management in those games. It was just one big mess. I'll take inventory tetris over that anytime.
  14. In the latest update (http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/61430-project-eternity-update-22-qa-with-tim-cooking-and-avellone-trolls-you/), Tim has confirmed that they will decide who to hire for the project as soon as the Kickstarter campaign is over. Keepin' my fingers crossed
  15. He's a Landsknecht, and he's okay. He sleeps all night and he works all day. He puts on puffed clothing. And hangs around in bars!
  16. I was hoping monks could use those as their main weapon, actually.
  17. I think +5 might not be sufficient, I'd personally go with +7, just to be on the safe side.
  18. Add insane cultists, backstabbing, corrupted merchants and rampant crime to those.
