Narrated sequences instead of cutscenes (let's use our imagination again).

I'd love that. Enjoyed it a great deal in Might & Magic and Arcanum. I love those master quests in Arcanum; a definite thumbs up from me!

How should the UI look?
Yeah, I'd like to see something like that, those leaves, scrolls and the statue are a nice touch. Obviously KB's style is quite different, but something along those lines would be great. It feels like it belong there, as if it was part of the gameworld (figuratively speaking), which is something that's very important to me. I don't like disconnected UIs, such as the one in Skyrim - it really didn't fit the fantasy theme of the game, felt more like an IPhone application.

Stretch Goal - hire Justin Sweet to make portraits.
In the latest update (http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/61430-project-eternity-update-22-qa-with-tim-cooking-and-avellone-trolls-you/), Tim has confirmed that they will decide who to hire for the project as soon as the Kickstarter campaign is over. Keepin' my fingers crossed
