I'm at work, but I feel sick. I think I'm nursing a cold here. And I'm supposed to hit the gym after work and then go see the new Bond movie after that! I don't have time to be sick! Although I feel like I'm going to puke. Not getting much work done.

I liked Bloodrayne.. AND NOT BECAUSE OF THE JIGGLY BITS!

I especially like that Bioware are now incorporating Shoot'em up sequences in their RPG's. That truly enhances my role playing experience. And for their next attempt they'll even get rid of the dialogue system, in favor of something faster, more action-y, something to keep the attention disorder console kids happy! Who am I to complain? That's true role playing. And I thought they had peaked when they came up with the time traveling lizards! Silly me.

Well, I'm sorry I'm not a stalker like you.

You mean the smelly finn or the hot blonde? Yeah. Tough decision. Because all avatars are true to life.

Who cares what kind of release titles the Xbox 360 had? That was a year ago and this time, at the same time the Playstation 3 is semi-released, it has Gears of War. I see no point in comparing year old titles with today's titles, as it's what here right now that counts. And the Xbox 360 sure has Playstation 3 beat right now. Or is anyone going to try to claim that Resistance: Fall of Man can compete with Unreal Engine 3-powered Gears of War? Not I. Right now, the Xbox 360 is in a clear and indisputable lead. The good thing for Sony is that they'll be having the same sharp increase in quality (of services, hardware failure rates and software) as Microsoft has had in their first year. By the time Playstation 3 launches in Europe (said to be in March 207, but I doubt it) the comparison will be more interesting to make. Since the Playstation 3 is more difficult to code for, I expect the games to lag behind for quite a while, but once they tap into the hardware and manage to extract the power within (which I believe is greater than that of the Xbox 360), I suspect the most spectacular looking games might come out on the Playstation 3.

Or, if you're a computer wiz, you could always beat this challenge and win a Playstation 3 with a 160 GB hd, a HDMI-cable, the game Resistance: Fall of Man and a Linux Fedora preinstalled thingie: http://ps3.shimpinomori.net/index_en.html All you have to do is hack the Playstation 3 (which is currently the machine powering the site!) and replace one picture with another, found in the root of the Playstation 3's file system. Kind of neat.

I probably will: Using the R600!! Source: http://vga.zol.com.cn/46/468342.html

Nope, it wasn't exactly name-calling. It was more like trolling. But it's funny that you feel the need to defend the one person you seem to share your little brain with.

I once made a female character in World of Warcraft. It was horrible. I had guys hitting on me, giving me things and dancing naked around me all the time. In retrospect, choosing the name JennaJ may not have been the wisest choice.

I'd like to suggest naked gurls.. but then again, that's what I always suggest, no matter what it's about.

Very nice system, first of all! Second: yes, you'll be able to overclock it a lot using just the standard Intel fan. I am currently running my E6600 at an even 3.0 GHz (and my Corsair memory sticks at ~850 MHz), and I could easily go higher than that without risking my system. I'm going to buy a new cooler though, before I try upping it to 3.4 or 3.6 GHz. Oh, and if anyone has any good suggestions to what kind of fan/cooler I should be getting, don't hesitate to tell me. I prefer air cooling before water cooling. The one I am looking at right now, The Scythe Ninja Plus: http://www.scythe-eu.com/en/products/cpu-c...pu-kuehler.html It's a bit costly, and it's huge, but it's supposed to be very effective and silent: A review: http://www.guru3d.com/article/cooling/333/1/

What the hell? I thought this was going to be an awesome thread and find.. this? Next time, use the word GENDER, dammit!

Very good point. Perhaps that kind of influence is covered under corruption?

Grr. The captain is back and what happens? Everyone else in the team takes the night off! AGAINST LOWLY BOSTON! At least Darcy Tucker nailed Chara.. I love that guy! )

Scoring 7 goals on away ice is good. Even against Washington. And with a little luck, Sundin will be back in the line-up on Saturday!

Suonds like a great patch. Now if only Gothic 3 could get a similar patch..

There's also the Radeon X1950Pro for AGP. But I couldn't find it in any American online stores, for some reason. http://www.powercolor.com/global/main_prod...tail.asp?id=137 Also, if you want to stick with the 7800GS suggestions, I'd suggest the Gainward version of the card. It uses another G70 core (G73?) that's a bit faster than any other 7800GS card on the market. http://www.gainward.net/products/product.php?products_id=48 Unfortunately, since all my prices are in SEK (swedish currency) I don't know how much these two suggestions retail for in the US. But they're pretty cheap in Sweden, considering what you get. The Gainward is probably way too expensive.

Because we like to throw money down the drain? I'm personally getting the best DX10 card available whenever Crysis (and company) is released. Even though I am extremely satisfied with my one month old Sapphire Radeon X1950XTX, and still haven't found a game that will get it on its knees (although I haven't tried either Gothic 3 or Oblivion on it..). The most impressive game so far has been Battlefield 2. That game really is beautiful in 1280x1024 with everything on max and 60+ fps! I never knew that 6x AA could make such a difference

http://www.economist.com/theworldin/intern...=8166790&d=2007 Apparently you can compete in democracy. Sweden won. The country whose leader declared them as the lighthouse of democracy in the world in a speech came in.. 17'th. "Sweden, a near-perfect democracy, comes top, followed by a bevy of similarly virtuous northern European countries. More surprising are the relatively modest scores for two traditional bastions of democracy
