Why 2133MHz RAM? I'd wager 16GB 3200Mhz is quite a bit faster/more useful than 64GB 2133MHz. Yes, memory speed matters once again (don't ask me why).

I finished the base game today. Turns out I only had one fight left. I left the game for like six months only to return to one fight.. Fantastic game although I got bored by the end of it (not sure why). I probably won't be getting the expansions for a while.

There's something about the Just Cause series graphics that has always tickled me the right way. Maybe it's the massive view distances. Maybe it's because it's so colourful. I always wish some other type of game got this engine though. Perhaps an open-world RPG of some sort..

Ok, Just Cause 3 is pretty awesome. I've played for four hours so far and I've yet to do a single mission outside the intro. WHO NEEDS MISSIONS WHEN YOU HAVE EXPLOSHUNS??

I just realized I've been playing Grim Dawn for 235 hours now and it hasn't crashed once. Not even once. I guess Early Access-titles does bring some advantages after all. It's been great but I think I'm burned out on Grim Dawn now. I wanted to optimize my character with a great legendary set I've started on, but after doing the same boss runs over and over and not finding anything close to what I need (even though my inventory is now brimful with other legendary gear), it's starting to grind. We'll see. I don't think it's boring or anything, it's just starting to feel a bit.. pointless. Always happens to me after a while in these types of games though (never did finish any Diablo for example).

So.. exactly what is the reason to buy it so early? We all know it's lacking in content (end-game at least since they haven't had time to fill it up yet), it's full price (naturally) and it probably has a lot of bugs. Why not just wait for 6 months or a year until they've patched it, filled it and it has dropped in price? That's what I am doing.

I think all the bosses have a chance to drop brains? I know I've never gotten them from chests, but only from defeating things like Darius and the Warden (and their respective guardians ont he way there). I finally got a character to level 70 last night. It's my saboteur. After the latest patch, it's much more fun to play than my life-steal soldier (who is level 66). Basically because I don't die every 20 seconds with it.

I WAS going to post a picture of my collection, but.. MY GIGANTIC JUST CAUSE 3 COLLECTOR'S EDITION GOT IN THE WAY.

There was a new patch out for Grim Dawn last night. I didn't really care, just assumed it was a bunch of bug fixes and what not. Went in with my two-handed melee specced life-steal, life-regen character and promptly got my ass handed to me multiple times. From enemies I used to beat with (relative) ease. For some reason they now hit so hard that I don't have time to get back my hitpoints before I'm dead. I can see my hp bar fluctuating from almost dead to full within milliseconds in normal combat and when I go up against bosses it goes down too fast for my life-steal to trigger. This is what I hate about action RPG's. The developers keep on tweaking **** over and over and over for no reason at all. It played just fine before! Level 66 and suddenly my character is useless because of the whim of the developers. Very annoying.

I accidentally made a Saboteur by combining.. uh.. the rogue class with the.. demolitionist? God I suck at this. I love my Saboteur though.

I just realized I paid 299 SEK for my humongous Just Cause 3 CE box (I measured it at 45 x 25 x 25 cm so Humanoid got it beat) while the normal game still costs 425 SEK in the same store. It was supposed to cost 849 SEK. I'm beginning to wonder if they marked it wrong?

Will be interesting to see the performance tests. Up to 900W power draw..

This little story has made me want to play The Division more than anything else I've read about it. Hilarious.

Guys, I might have made a mistake.. I love knickknacks. I buy stupid collector's editions of games because of this. Like Bioshock: It's pretty big and contains a cool figurine. Today I saw a good deal on a Just Cause Collector's Edition, bought it online and went to pick it up after work. Uh.. (pause for effect) It's gigantic! It absolutely dwarfs my other Collector's Editions! At least it contains some cool knickknacks. A grappling hook. I'm off to rappel down the side of my building, see you guys later.

In this screenshot you have not lost a single hitpoint, you have not wasted a single mana (except the part that's reserved by your aura), you have already been in battle for a while (the little bright yellow part at the end of the xp bar indicates this) and you have not used any potions lately (they're not on cooldown). How is that possible?

Those graphics don't look too downgraded to me..
