    The people behind these aren't the ones you voted, but the thousands of unnecessary eurocrats hired after the Eastern expansion. EU was a massive bureaucracy already in the late 90s, but the "necessity" of having equal representation from all members states lead to a massive ballooning when the new 10 were added. Crap like this is the result of those unnecessary people keeping themselves occupied. Back when I was a lobbyist, a large part of my work was actually blocking retarded ideas like this one. In this case, I don't believe there is a conspiracy, but like that one song says, it's just a headless blunder (of incompetence). Big Money has nowhere the impact on the EU legislative process you'd think.

    If you've got access to another PC, just copy the whole game folder to a USB stick, plug it into some other PC, run the widescreen.exe in there, patch it, then copy everything back to your own pc.How DARE beamdog charge people for a version that supports widescreen out if the box when such efficient and easy to use alternatives are available!

It just means that Bioware's forum consists of two groups of deviants, one who take it seriously and second who are way too creative in their trolling to be normal, either. No I don't see it like that at all, what the guy did is obviously trawl BSN and look for the most bizarre, explicit and controversial comments he could find. We know these exist on BSN but we also know there are thousands of normal posts about DA:I. So we can't generalize and say this video represents all the people on BSN, that's an unfair characterization of BSN. And I know you know this Not really, there's a reason I hang out here rather than at BSN, even though a lot of people here have an anti-bioware bias I find hard to comprehend in the context

I accuse the PS:T developers of secretly wanting to make high-minded elitists look hilariously dumb when commenting on the game on the internet, many years after it was made. Can't tell if serious. Monte drives right over H-ME's in a steel panzer of righteous vengeance. I assumed he was talking about somebody else. I can peg Monte as an elitist, but never high-minded Now, Tigranes, on the other hand... :D

    Not a fan. Only 8 abilities in the toolbar? And no ability to add more bars, poor. Where does it say that? It's been confirmed on twitter (and the bio forums I think). Max 8 abilities on the toolbar per character on the PC. If the ability design is similar to DA:O and DA2, and you don't have to use those slots for sustainables, 8 is enough IMO. Well, that does sound stupid. Less sorry than before I'm going to be playing this one on the consoles,

    Still sounds about as much fun as the insurance fraud mechanic. I just can't get into sandbox games anymore but obviously a lot of people still like them. I, in general, loathe sandbox games, but have enjoyed the two saints rows I've played (3 and 4) tremendously. I tried a demo of 2, but it had terribad controls on the ps3 that couldn't be remapped into anything sensible (at least in the demo).

They no longer have that flimsy "Two of us worked at Bioware at one point guise!" excuse for IWD.Here they just ported the previous EE changes, some mods and content from previous BGs (which will probably wreck the game). But at least you will get that STORY MODE difficulty so you can enjoy the meat of this game eh? Yes, that's exactly what I'm going to do. I would like to say I'm sorry how I spend my money offends you, but I won't because I'd be lying. Yarp, I'm also guilty of using platforms where bgs and iwds don't work at the moment... Happy to pay them for that, too! >

    They were a hell of a lot cheaper, though. They've been opening cap with the Butler release, too, so probably shenanigans, knowing Mickey Loomis...

    For me that sounds like an absolutely horrendous experience, I can't believe you enjoyed it Are there stop signs in Austria ... there are many of them here, and not a single bicyclist stops at stop signs. Even the dressed-up nitwits in biker shorts, the shoes, and jersey, completely ignore basic road rules. They want equal treatment and share of the road without earning the privilege. I was just wondering if it's a worldwide phenomenon. yes, it is. Apart from the fact that here they want special treatkent and mostly drive on pedestrian lanes, where they create the same imbalance there would be between a cyclist and a car on the road, where they are supposed to be.

    Hm, the only video I've seen seemed to show a more DAO-like weapon selection for characters. If it's DA2 level, it's quite meh. But it's not like I ever play anything but a 2h or sword and board warrior or mage in a DA game, anyway :D

So you can see how I'm extremely leery of all these "people should do x in the name of social justice", because, well, your example of Zimbabwe is better than anything I could think of
