Eh, about a year ago I think? I'm not sure. Not that long ago. Some months back though, yes.

I wish for more Tau and/or anything else goodness instead of the usual suspects, but I'm hopeful it will be a good game.

Playing Dark Souls 1. My opinions keeps shifting between 'awesome' and 'so much BS in one game', but I guess that's to be expected. Lvl 79, fighting the Bed of Chaos (and that Titanite Demon near it, which keeps instagibbing me).

I don't photo my food, like ever, but the pizzas we made a few weeks ago with my brother-in-law just looked gorgeous.

I was told only beginners used Creative.

Played a whole lot of Stardew Valley. Middle of Summer, Year 2, making good money now. I fainted of exhaustion half a meter from my bed because I couldn't get to it. My wife and my dog obstructed both approaches to it and since both were asleep, neither budged. And all this because I spent too much time in the mines fishing cola cans from lava.

Why do people watch/love "Let's play..." videos?

Oh and LPs are also useful when they release a game you're interested in a console you don't own. -

I only watch a few of them, but generally I enjoy the commentary/different point of view of the player(s). And the ability to see a game in action I don't have the chance to play or I'm not sure is a good investment yet. -
Tried playing The Division open beta. Game still doesn't load, as was the case last time. Go Ubi!

Overwatch is a Team Fortress clone, not a MOBA.

The generic orcs or the redshirts, depending on the story.

I promise to try really really hard at caring. GT failed to impress when they tried being anything other than a collection of trailers. I really didn't know they were anything other than a collection of game trailers until reading about them. I mostly mentioned it because I recall about 2-3 years ago several users linked game trailers from them. It's not like I'm complaining, just saying that they're not a big loss. Between Jeoff Keigleigwhatever (and their award show in general), their bad reviews - they didn't rate Lonesome Road low because of it's flaws, they threw a hissy fit because it wasn't Old World Blues 2.0 - and not subtly at all implying that the viewers are morons when Halo 4 wasn't high on their viewer voted Most Anticipated Game list, contrary to the staff's #1 spot, the only good thing they did was the Level series, where they talked about memorable video game levels and what made them good. But that one had an episode every blue Moon.

I've finished it. It was fun.

Lords of the Fallen remained uncracked for at least 6 months, most of the sales within this period would be piracy free. So yes, you can measure how well a game does without piracy and whether there is a surge in the sales vs the projected sales. Personally I just think they are other factors and that this is just an excuse, also this may be the moment when publishers realize who the real enemy is: Steam Sales. TBH this would work better with a yearly game like CoD, and even then only when the series doesn't just decide to make a dip in quality.

Shadowrun HK Mini Campaign I was having fun until I ran into 3 different bugs on the underwater lab level, the last of which was a game breaker. So off to bed now instead.

Well, it's in alpha, if you look at the chainsword in one picture, it isn't even colored yet. On video the maps looked great from a graphical standpoint though. The models, not so much.
-
The previous iteration, yes. Now it's a Planetside-ish game, but right now it's just a worse copy of Space Marine's multiplayer.

They sure gave up fast on PC MK.

Maybe I got lucky, but I'm 4 missions into Darkest Dungeon (counting the tutorial trip in the woods) and the game didn't seem as big of an unfair prick as before. Except my starting Crusader hit lvl 2, has around 80 stress, can only pray for relief and the stupid caretaker decided to occupy just that spot. *grumble*

I'm waiting for the dev commentary before starting another playthrough. In the meantime, PoE and Underrail still.

I seriously doubt that.

Pictures of your Games Episode VII The Screenshot Awakens

http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=598023807 Oh come, on, you've got to be kidding me. (It got worse, but I persevered.) -
I won't even click the link. Schafer wasn't part of my childhood and their KS schenanigans haven't impressed me.

I guess I managed to spread my skill points too thin. Feels like I should restart but I'm investeeeed. >.> Melee, both evasions, all 3 social skills, all 3 psionic skills, biology and tailor + lockpicking and hacking (and boosting stealth from items). In hindsight I don't get much out of tailoring, melee is both useful and useless. With the 100 psi cap and max 2 casts/turn I'm not sure how I could function without it. I haven't gotten lost without a map yet, but I do have trouble finding a place or two I discovered earlier. Oh well, soldiering on.
