My take on it is: So far I found all of these Ubisoft games *extremely* boring. Assassins Creed, Far Cry, etc. bore the hell out of me. That one futuristic Anno game probably was the last Ubisoft game I really played for hours without yawning. Maybe because it didn't had any towers to climb? No idea... /Edit: I don't hate Ubisoft, I just don't like most of their games.

Dunno, I don't see much of it, to be honest. I rarely watch tv, so I can't really say what the mass media is thinking. All in all it feels like the politic wants to sit this out / remains fully silent as much as possible. From the people I know in my area here, nobody reported negative events related to refugees yet. Just that "they stand at the streets in masses every day" or something along the line. Also occasionally something with prejudice mixed in, but never anything to back up the claims. Me personally, I rarely see any of the refugees. Maybe I live in a too rich area or what, no idea. What *did* happen in the past few weeks, though, is that nobody I know now talks about refugees in a all-good light anymore. It seems as if nobody wants to talk about the issue anymore and as soon as someone does, you get at least one mentioning it being a scary situation, especially for women. Oh, and while I am at it- we had some vigilante groups made up of nazis, bouncer and other such stuff roaming the streets, "cleaning up" with beating up random people who don't look like germans, etc. What I hate the most about it (other than it being vigilantism, which is always bad), is that now they do so while pretending to "protect our women" (which they - honestly - never before gave a shait about). It's real annoying, man.

I just hope it won't end up being always the same gameplay in every mission except for the obvious attack & defend / hold scenarios.

Never finished Iorveth's path, because I hated the maze like dwarf city. It was such a pain to navigate for me... I tried 3 times, and always stopped there after running around there, being all confused and annoyed and stuff.

Sorry but I'll doubt it. Someone would have tried, then someone would have pulled a gun and then it escalated even more. The real ones to blame here is the police, imo. Not enough men and not enough presence and too slow in their reaction. They should have knocked down this "shooting people with rockets" and stuff the moment it started.

I am no expert, but aren't this gas pistols? They aren't banned here. Ofc it is usually not the smartest idea to wield them in public. Other than that, I'd like to have them all removed from my country simply because of rocket shooting into people. This counts for everyone who does this. There was at least one report about a 27 years old woman who got her leg blown off this time, just because some idiot thought it would be funny to point a crappy czech battery into a group of people. Yeah, and the throwing and shooting of firecrackers on police and firefighters is really low. /Edit: About guns in general- just imagine germans would be carrying guns as well... what do people believe would have happened then? A huge shootout on the streets with real guns instead of firecrackers? Would that be so much better? I doubt.

In TW2 they most likely wanted potions to be "preparation tools" - if you are in combat, it's already too late for preparation.

They have been saying 90fps was recommended for a long time. IIRC, less than that would cause screen flicker in your peripheral vision and cause headaches. Not to mention that I am sure lower frames cause some input delay, and that would lead to "VR sickness." So, if you don't want headaches and vomiting then make sure your PC is beefy enough to run your game on 2 displays. Yeah, that's the point. Not only do you have to pay 700€ for the device, you'll also have to spend *at least* as much on a machine that can run the games well enough. So based on this, I'd say VR is still far away from this "available for everyone"-thing they talked about in their kickstarter years ago.

Hahaha. I totally wanted to buy this thing... But 700€ in Germany... No way, nope. It's like all this talk about lower prices was total bs. I mean, keep in mind the consumer version recommends games to run in 90fps.

I remember how I felt betrayed by these repeating quests. I did a few of them because I thought something would happen, but after doing a few of them I slowly figured the game is just feeding me with boring fetch-quests (I honestly thought there were a bunch of BoS kids who wanted to learn from me and then something with plot would happen... Silly me). After that I never picked up any of such quests ever again. You know, something like FNVs Return to Sender, which was mostly a boring slog as well until the awesome ending happens.
