Wow, wow, wait. Tiny landmass largely in the style of the main game? This is so far away from the truth, it actually hurts. Honest Hearts features a complete new graphic set, and IMO in many places it looks a lot better than the nature in the Mojave. For me it is always a huge difference when I spend a long time in Zion and then go back to the Mojave. Also I find it hard to believe anyone else would see the obvious difference... different. You can critizise the DLC in quite a few points, but IMO the landscape is not belonging into the list.

The only ENBs I tried for Skyrim made the dark areas in the game way too dark and every single one of them added a really, really bad bloom / glow filter. Wondered how in hell people can play the game like this.

Fallout 4 is coming soon.. is there a new OB Fallout Scheduled?

Hint: It's not about the games perspective. Also Tactics was always marked as a spin-off and never as Fallout 3 or similar (as was BoS, by the way). -

Pretty sure the original Fallouts have been dead since 2004 when "Brotherhood of Steel" came out. More like when Van Buren was canned. Still, doesn't change my point. -

Well, the original Fallouts are pretty much done. I just don't like the Bethesda creations. Yeah, I haven't played Fo4 yet, but from what I've seen so far it really is not what I want from a Fallout game. I really hope there will be another Obsidian spin-off, but I also doubt it will happen... -
The ending of that DLC was so, so awesome.

But it looks like they reduced the loading screens a lot. Also it seems many objects at least in the prolog area are fixed and can't be moved around (vase, towels, books on shelves, etc). The shown interior lighting looks p.bad as well, imo. Fo3 / FNV were able to cover most flaws up with dark corners and such, but here everything is bright and obvious. I am not sure if it is a good idea to go for a bright / sunny ambient scene if your engine isn't able to do basic shadows.

I don't get it. It's not like they're supposed to be on the characters back and they're floating instead like in many games. It's so by design so where's the problem? If that's the case, they could have made them jiggle or w/e - instead they are stiff exactly on the same position at the back. IMO this either looks bad or stupid... or both.
-
I thought Bloodlines was p.cool until approx half of Hollywood. Then the game kinda went downhill.

You have to actually type something special in. Nope. That was the case in a early version. Later they added the button to the dialogue. So no need to type in anything. Then again, I haven't played the DC, but I'll doubt they re-added it there.

Floating swords behind the character already turned me off so much I wouldn't want to touch that game. I really don't get how people can still find this acceptable nowadays.

I especially love the search lights.

lolwut. I don't think I've experienced a crash with that game in years. And I do run quite a few mods as well.
-
I'm looking forward to this. Not exactly what it seemed to be in the initial trailer, but it still seems interesting. Meh. While I really dig a good tribal setting, I am really not a fan of the supernatural stuff, animal magic, riding bears and whatever.
-
Meh, if that would be for PS4 as well (backwards compatibility I mean), I'd buy one in a heartbeat.
-
Bleh. Easy to use tools maybe, but I wouldn't need that, and many other probably don't need that either. Open file structure and a basic map editor would be totally enough. I'd be more happy to kill off the PvP in favor of editing tools.
-
On the other hand, if the PvP turns out good, it might increase the lifespan of the game, which could possibly turn into more future content. Did they said anything about modding tools? Being able to create own missions and campaigns would be pretty rad.

Keep in mind that PayPal isn't in the calculation yet. Who knows how much they made with that so far.

Btw. this mod probably wouldn't have been possible if there wouldn't be a physical disk with the original game files on it. I had to extract these once as well, before that uncut mod existed, and it's extremely useful. Without it... all that material would have been lost by patching via Steam.

Wasn't there some kind of John Woo video game already a few years ago? Can't have been very good, because apparently everyone forgot about it. /Edit: here it is.

I didn't expected anyone still remembering Dungeon Siege.

Yeah, but I don't want to avoid them all time and day. Sometimes I just don't feel the mood to outflank them, especially when there is a part I'll have to repeat over and over again for whatever reason. Besides, if you still want to have endless respawning enemies in DS2, you can join one of the available groups and bam, respawning is how it was in DS1. I like this choice- why can't I have it anymore in DS3? Meh.
-
Played DS2 a lot and liked it. Tried DS1 and never finished it. Hated the grind (or lack of?) due to ever-respawning enemies. Also I had no idea when and which bonfire I should upgrade. The thing I fear the most for DS3 right now is the possibility of once again ever respawning enemies. :/

If I'd know now that Dark Souls 3 won't come to PC anytime soon, I'd be more likely to get myself a PS4. Not really interested in Bloodborne, though. Just finished Life is Strange. I liked it. The ending... no idea. Guess it was kinda obvious. Didn't really liked all that abstract / memory stuff, though. That stuff wasn't hooking me up at all. What I would have really, really loved to see, though, would be at the end, after the credits, Max wakes up in her bed and get's em nose bleeding. Then cut back to black and off to main menu. Keep it mysterious, just somewhat open or whatever. Not that I want a Life is Strange 2... It just would have felt better to me.
