  1. The Fallout Sfall Timeslip or that's just a coincidence?
  2. Wasteland 3 "kickstarter" (on Fig) just got announced. The codex is in lolz. http://www.polygon.com/2016/9/28/13081728/wasteland-3-announcement-fig-kickstarter-crowdfunding-release-date
  3. Started playing some Mount & Blade Warbands for a few hours and then switched to Fire and Sword. I can really see the awesome in this game, but it also has so many tiny flaws that annoy the hell out of me...
  4. Get your shait together and do something more productive. On the other hand, my younger self would probably tell my older self to f off.
  5. Loved the crafting system in Arcanum. :>
  6. Why are they running and jumping and screaming so much. Jeeez, can't they chill...
  7. It's under "Jensen Stories" - so exactly like the cut-out preorder mission. I guess I will pass and wait for a final "Director's Cut" version.
  8. Apparently a new DX:MD DLC is out (the one with Pritchard) and people are hating on it, becaus it is like paid advertisement for that multiplayer thing nobody plays.
  9. I still enjoyed the sewers in Bloodlines simply due to the lore placed in spots. Just goes to show, at least for me, that just a little bit of decent writing can go a long way. Too bad 99% of games can't even accomplish that. On retrospective I really wonder about the male Malkavian outfits, somehow they always seem to foreshadow events of the game. Pants only because of the beach, gas mask because of the plague, Hazmat suit because of sewers and party clothes because of the....party. Damn, I never noticed this. I mean, I never liked the clothes for the male Malkavian, but I also never thought much about it...
  10. Will buy it, but the name is kinda... mobile trashgame like.
  11. Wasn't it the one that came with a map editor? (read it in some very old pc magazine. That's pretty much the only reason I remember the name)
  12. Haha forget about that 60fps standard.
  13. That reminds me. On sunday evening, a 25 year old driver near my home town was speeding and cutting a corner, hitting a 17 years old girl on her moped, basically disintegrating her. Apparently the scene of the crash looked really, really bad, with psychiatrist and such being on the scene till deep in the night, caring for the witnesses and firefighters. Made me really angry, because I see so, so many people moving completely unaware through street traffic every week. Cyclists shooting over red lights, cyclists not even looking to the left or right before crossing a street, cars speeding in really stupid situations, etc. I just want to slap all these people.
  14. A driver with no insurance, heh. Me as a german, I've never heard of such a thing ever before. :>
  15. I am pretty sure SQ42 will *not* arrive in 2016. In fact, I seem to remember that it was already said to be something of early 2017 or similar. The next big chunk of information about come out at the Citizen Con on october. So we'll see what they are telling us this time.
  16. That just reminded me we still don't have any dlc for that game, no? I remember they announced some expensive PvP only dlc which was extremely disappointing.
  17. I thought they would just increase the resolution and be done with it. The bad frame rate from these other games suggests this at least.
  18. What the hell, that's brutal man. Lucky they got such a clear image of his face.
  19. I realized the series is not for me - in fact Persona 3 burned me out on the genre (mostly) for good. 70 hours of grind in a randomly generated 200 level dungeon (all of it very similar) to see the outcome of a story that ultimately collapsed in on itself and amounted to nothing was the most soul draining experience I ever had in my 18 years of gaming. Haven't touched a jRPG for any length of time since. It's especially funny considering how hard it was for games like Deponia or A New Beginning to get on Steam just a few years back. Now it's like Valve just winking through whatever comes by.
  20. Don't forget to mention that they've also threatened valve if they don't give out the clear names of the people.
  21. Still working on my ArmA3 campaign. Currently I am wrapping up the intro video. It's almost done- just needs a few tweaks here and there.
  22. I find it impressive how the houses often look so rundown, but all their bathrooms are twice the size of my living room.
  23. I don't believe there will be that much cinematic content in StarCitizen. In the end it's probably mostly about audio and text. Keep in mind that SC is the multiplayer game, so it is probably mainly based on player to player interaction anyway, with lots of fetch quests (ship this over there and maybe shoot a little bit, then come back). Squadron 42 will be much more cinematic, I'd guess. I am kinda wondering why we are hearing so little about it, though. /Edit: Additionally, the world of StarCitizen won't be *that* big. It's no No Man's Sky with a billion of planets and space stations "to explore". If I remember right, they said in the last presentation that there will be only a few planets and space stations and that's it basically. Granted, the planets are damn huge, but don't expect a truckton of content around every corner.
  24. Honestly, this looks creepy as hell. /Edit: I wonder if you can already buy... you know... mechanical... hardware... adapter and so on.
  25. Well, the whole area is using the same assets and layout from MGS5. They just edited the map a little bit and added more junk & destruction. I didn't expected the game to use the same engine, tbh. Still calling bs on this one, though, especially because seeing this coop thing pains me a lot. Why can't they make it in style of the MGS5 singleplayer, just with multiple people and unique tasks? Not this stupid zombie survival wave shooter stuff. To me this feels like they completely missed what the people really wanted. Again.
