Wild guess, money made them change their minds. Performance wise, the game shouldn't be much trouble. It's the interface and combat controls that will be tricky... gotta punch pause all the time.

That sure looks like some cinematic 30 fps. Game looks good, but probably plays like any other such game. Singleplayer and with cool story would make it a lot more attractive for me.

Is the ai in the warhammer games still as bad? I really loved rome 2. Played it for hundreds of hours. But when it comes to worldmap ai, it was completely underwhelming... at some point you just always do exactly the same. Boring. -
Isn't this exactly what Manson wanted to do years ago? Some kind of race war between white people and not so white people? :>

With the new Wolfenstein announcement I decided to give The Old Blood another try. Played through it this weekend and I'd say it is pretty good for a DLC. Only thing that sucked was the pretty huge download size. Probably going to start a new run of the base game next.

That game was pretty good, imo. Played it a few times even despite the flaws. That hotel chasing scene was only frustrating if you had a bad pc, by the way... character speed was tied to the fps you had, so the more fps, the faster you could run, the easier it became to flee. -
Never forget the old Ultima Online. It had ****ton of flaws, but the experience was unique.

I thought American Gods is pretty boring so far. It has promising ideas, but every episode is such a drag for the most of it... First season is over soon, but I feel like not much happened at all.

Something tells me you're taking this E3 stuff a bit too serious.

I was skimming over it and apparently "creation club" is NOT "just" paid mods. You have to submit a pitch and they will look at it and it goes through several stages. Sounds like you can make "unofficial DLCs" this way. Kinda outsourcing this stuff to... anyone. If it will work like that in the end or not... no idea. I doubt it will produce a lot quality content. The theory behind it sounds good to me. But now imagine a game like New Vegas and a developer who doesnt give a crap about Fallout lore, producing the most dumbest thing which then suddenly becomes semi official lore.. urg, no thanks. On the other hand, this system would allow - as example - Obsidian to go back to the game and create new content, which likely will see a release and make some money. They could make a DLC sized addon for Fo4 if it would be worth the time and effort, without going through the full usual contract process. -

Well they just finished working on Fo4 and DLCs, so not announcing Fo5 right now makes completely sense. What I did expect was TES6, but I guess it will appear next year then. -

Well that was pretty boring so far. All of these games look pretty good from a graphic point of view, but otherwise none of them interest me at all. Life is Strange 2 is the only title I'd buy. -
Played SR3 and 4 in coop with a friend. That made it a lot better, because you're overcoming the boring moments with doing stupid stuff. :>

If you want an E3 thread so much, why don't you create one?

I haven't bought new games in quite a while. :D Last one I did was Transport Fever. Other than that, I just keep playing the old stuff... Don't know, most of the recent games simply do not interest me at all. It's either the gameplay, or because everything is forced to be "open world", or because everything is so boring MMO-like, or because I simply don't like the setting.

Is watch dogs 2 good-good or mediocre-good? I played the first one a bit but thought it got boring really fast. Probably didn't played it longer than just a couple of hours.
-
Oh god, I so wish I could disable the visible achievement stuff. I also never need this crap.
-
By the way, is it just me or cant you aim at specific body parts? Whenever I attack, the weapons seem to hit a random part and never anything specific. This is especially noticable with lasers... they go all ober the place.

Weird, I really remembered the movie different. In fact, I couldn't remember any of the scenes shown in the video. If someone had asked me before, I would have answered "it wasn't that bad" but now...

Holy sheeet, I just found a FNV mod that adds hotkeys for the map screen, quest screen, etc. Awesome. This is what I was waiting for years long.

Yeah, I too am wondering what other DC movies Volourn means.

So many new releases happening right now. New Arcade Fire, new The National, new Foo Fighters, new Grizzly Bear, new Alt-J, ... Half of it (the songs I've heard so far) feels very mediocre, though. I dunno what it is, but something is always missing... Maybe the problem is with me, not with the sound, dunno. Also everyone is waiting for a new Tool release, but honestly, I don't need it. I'm happy with what exists and fear of getting a new overhyped turd is just so big. It's so many years since the last release, folks should move on. On the other hand, it is already 6 or what years since the last Patrick Wolf release. That's one of the things I would certainly look forward to.
