Made it to rank 31 in Red Dead Online. Since the first balance patch, it is a much better experience. Now you can just play the game and get money + experience. No need to continuously grind one or the other. Also more options are viable, so you can actually play the game instead of forcing yourself to one action over and over again.

The one thing I hate in all of Star Trek is the trope of the alien that needs to learn how to fit in. Data, Seven of Nine, Odo, and now Worf on DS9... Feels like it's just always the same thing.

Totally forgot that I made this thread... Bought the Turtle Beach Stealth 600, because here I was sure that it'll work with the PS4. The sound quality is good and all, but holy hell, that microphone is so damn sensitive. It picks up EVERYTHING in my room. Sometimes I think it even picks up my heart beat.... Is there no sensitivity setting in the PS4? This is so huge, it's unusable, imo.

X4 looks good to me, but I won't even try it, as the it's a franchise that needs just so much time.

Well, New Vegas was their biggest success, so I find it not a surprise for them to try to recreate that.

Not bad so far, but by now the game is plagued by something much more serious: Lots of people are using rubber bands and tape to make their characters move around in races and other game modes. This way they farm xp and money without actually doing anything. Apparently this stuff even worked back in GTAV online, lel.

I'm starting with Star Trek DS9 season 4 today. Is it just me or did Sisko's character change once he got a beard? I felt like he is kinda behaving different now. /Edit: Oh no, Sisko is with beard AND bald now. He became 100% evil from season 3 to 4.

Yeah, anno 2070 was good, but also very simple. I had never much problems with anything. Also hated the enemy ai, especially the pirate attacks, which were always exactly the same. Never played the last title, because it didn't interest me at all.

So we are the KKK now. I lol'd. PS: Anno 1800 will be awesome. Played in the recent closed beta and it's shaping up great. Much closer to the older games (1404) again.

Reminds me of Risen, where the end battle was a stupid minigame. :>

Almost got a heart attack in this scene. I love that you can equip a pocket watch and then use it for real. Well, sheet, online story mode does have some fun missions. This is how they apparently fight in Australia.

#JustSonicThings again. RDR2 is not an rpg and lots of its features have been done in other games before as well. Yes, I played RDR2. It's also a very linear game that expects you to play in the way the developers wanted. There is no choice&consequences in any kind of way, even though the game likes to make you believe so. /Edit: The most cringe example was a bounty mission where the character asks you to spare him. If you do so and go away, they say something like "he lets us go, quick, before he changes his mind!" ... then they run away... and you get the mission failed screen. No matter the dialog, you *have* to lasso that guy, because this is how the developers want you to play.

I don't mind paying for a service, just not for 10 of them.

Damn this is like a couple years back when everyone had to subscribe to channels on the regular tv. Now you just have to subscribe to all the streaming services and sometimes even add sub-channels to the bill. So annoying. I thought we made it past this with internet streaming, but it just started all over again.
