RANDOM VIDEO GAME NEWS
That's all it took ? Keith David making some goofy speech ? Both of them look pretty same-y, SR4 maybe more than GTA V (wasn't it supposed to be DLC, anyway?) I'd wait for sales for both of them, I expect SR4 to be cheap a lot quicker than GTA V though.

Prank death DJ sues her employer
Shame of being fooled so easily, and maybe being chewed out over work. Perhaps it was just the little push that was all that was left for her to lose it.

What are you reading?
Carmack does seem like the stereotypical cold, technical person, so that's believable some would see him as a jerk.

Prank death DJ sues her employer
Pranks in general aren't funny, not sure why people enjoy them.

Prank death DJ sues her employer
Prank was silly, could cost someone their job. Someone losing it and killing themselves is hard to foresee. Oh well, whole lot of nothing.

STEAM!
Maybe that Kerbal Space Program game will pop up on sale, other than that am laregly cold about this sale.

RANDOM VIDEO GAME NEWS
Sleeping Dogs is great just for being able to break limbs in painful manners. Or throwing people into fan blades.

Romance, Marriage, Pregnancy and having Children.
Great, now you people want pregnancy ? Heh, I wonder if there'll be abortion services in the game. That should amp things up a tad.

Hm, I rather liked Niko, didn't find him to be an **** to people that didn't warrant it.

What you did today
So after the power outage, we're trying to turn things back on - servers and such. Generally this is fate's response.

What you did today
I could, but I didn't so deal with it if you can. I got out fine, was kind of neat to watch the rain get whipped around with the wind, as expected a streetcar broke down on the line so I was stuck for a bit. Lucky though, I could have been stuck in an elevator or a subway like some people were for hours. I think they've got them all now, though. As for drainage, I have no idea what is going on, it is about triple the last daily record and is akin to a month's worth of rain in a few hours - so it may just be rate of source exceeds rate of sink. Then again the infrastructure in this city is overloaded and shoddy in places, so that also might contribute.

100mm of rain have crippled my city, power died in my office building and other parts of town. Major road ways are flooded too. Impressive really

Since I've been working I've never really taken more than a week off, but in school I used to enjoy summers free. Though I suppose that was wasted time at least the 4 months off after each term in University. Do have next week off work, though I've not much planned other than tackling my GOG backlist and some programming of any sort.

What you did today
Talking about old PC hardware with a coworker buddy, I miss the Turbo button and the clock speed display on towers. Though why it worked backwards on my 386EX I'll never now, though I suppose it does make sense, reading back on it . Good times back then. Also, summer sucks.

Strike Suit Zero it's ok for Ace Combat in Space, I suppose. Not sure what's with the wannabe Homeworld and Freespace 2 music, but it's not bad Hah, ok, "The soundtrack is developed by Paul Ruskay, composer of the original Homeworld soundtrack." Well that flows, then.

That'd be a flechette at that diameter, no ? Scary thing those. Still I think the person that saw an WW1 pistol in a shop here in Canada and ran out screaming takes the cake.
