Yep, the very same. Coworkers are going out for KFC for lunch so I was subjected to their emails.

For some reason a discussion about KFC led to me looking at bombing run footage from Vietnam to find what music goes best with it. Maiden works pretty well.

Who'd have thunk life isn't like an RPG, where you can grind combat to get better at it. Although, I suppose we should be glad all these militias don't get better - having capable infantry that also perform atrocities isn't all that good.

True, although I associate those titles with LucasArts overall. Alliance didn't finish the story as Antan escapes but still was great fun for me.

Eh, go up to 2000. X-Wing Alliance was solid and EMI weren't all that bad. Shame to see it go, more so for sentimental reasons.

Ah I remember that game, got it as part of the PQ collection. So very bad. But it was somewhat informative on hand signals, weapons and SWAT tactics, so not a total bust.

Well, the idea of trying to prevent some elite thief/operative/augmented guy who never asked for this from violating someone's property would be cool, but I guess they might not catch on as they're reactive in a sense. That would work for something like JA in reverse - crush the mercenary led rebellion.

Well if the alternative is anti-West democracy, it's in their interest to maintain that, depending on the nation, I'd imagine. Their 'allies' probably don't care that much, or at least when push comes to shove.
