    Always got the sense that Manning just leaked what he did due to being pissed off rather than being some sort of crusader for justice. That and just dumping a bunch of stuff that he didn't even peruse and could have been pretty risky. Respect Snowden a lot more than him, heh, wonder if the Chinese think he'd be worth interrogating - they can nab him and everyone'll assume it's the US doing it. His interview with the Guardian was interesting ( http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2013/jun/09/edward-snowden-nsa-whistleblower-surveillance) I did roll my eyes at his surprise that when training for the SF unit (I always thought you had to be a regular and then do that, but who knows the particulars, so I might be wrong) that people were more concerned with killing Arabs than helping people. SF units and helping people, right Also, how is Assange a patriot ?

    Hippy. The planet buster was a surprise when I first used it. Was sitting there and boom goes 33 squares, was certainly a 'whoa' moment for my 16 year old self I guess I'm too prideful to be peaceful by caving in to them all the time, especially with the jerk tone in the text

    Someday I'll end a game without killing everyone. Singularity planet busters are too tempting though.

    Had a good SMAC game as the Spartans, managed to avoid being killed in my infancy by stealing missile tech from the University then beat them so badly I got them as a serf. With them gifting me tech and a continent to myself, teching was pretty easy. Trying to cross an ocean to invade another landmass sure can be a pain but managed to do that and got onto the continent with the Peacekeepers and Hive, beat the Hive up but then they sued for peace. Problem with that was the Peacekeepers beating them up, so had to betray the Hive and wipe them out (else Lal gets those bases!). All that's left now is to cross another ocean and kill Miriam off before Deirdre does. Then kill Deirdre. Hm, or maybe kill her on the way to Miriam.

    Not really seeing this as 'important', really, it's about video game sprites having large breasts. Although the discussion at this point will just entail people preaching at one another

    Had a funny moment walking the dogs when some toddler ran out of his yard up behind us, so I turned around and the kid looked at me, bawled and then run back into his yard.

    Sorry to hear that, I always forget to keep my backup pair of glasses up to date. Maybe next time I'll just get two pairs when I get my prescription (should do that soon, actually)

    In a way oby is right, NA seems to have some problems with boobs as opposed to EU (was going to write EMEA out of habit but then laughed at how wrong that was).
