Amusing that you label it as paranoid, considering the large bunch of that post you left out that points at that. But I suppose said characterization does work for you so... As for Chu, his Twitter edginess is pretty funny, even if he is some nobody.

White People: What They Say in Public vs Behind Closed Doors

He gets a pretty good return on them though, why he'll never stop. I am disappointed at the lack of hot Slavic women though. -

All jews look alike, eh ? You anti-semite! But yes, from what I recall of Sharon's stance on things, there's not much different between them. -

Well...he certainly has STFU now. -
Interestingly saw an article asking why whites are called expats yet non-whites are immigrants.

I'm waiting for two pages of hot Slavic women.

It does, though I suppose the scum posting stuff in PE forums isn't quite comparable to something like the IGDA. But what's the harm in talking about them ? Hurting the IDGA's feelings or something ?

Or Rousseau for the less murderous.

Not really malicious though, they think they're doing good with these 'guidelines'. Any time you write suggestions on how others are to do things you are trying to influence them from the outside, right ?

Well, one could argue "art" is an essential (artsies gotta eat somewhow), people need entertainment and so on, much like services like transit, sanitation, power, etc. A BS job would be one not actually producing something or providing a service. Is interesting to see the dependent jobs resulting for any given obviously essential job, too.

For a moment I was wondering why you were implying your wife was a dude. -
It runs smooth for me on my ancient 560ti, chugs when I zoom down with less of the hideous blurring (Tilt or something, they call it). http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?843300-The-Newly-Crowned-King-of-City-Builders-Shatters-Paradox-Sales-Records! Also Cities sold 250k (with pre-orders) on the first day.

Yep, rather common throughout this whole affair too. Still not sure what they are pushing is as simple as localization though, but oh well.
-
True, but considering the source of all this, it's also quite possible that you're primed to see things that simply aren't there. My field being medicine, it's quite obviously not Well, hence suspicion rather than knowing - the lack of a guarantee is implicit, right ?

People hate others, way things go - though I suppose it's no defense for either side. Not very exciting terms to racially abuse white skinned people though - some Indian dude cussed out a cyclist with "You white bitch!!" then went off on me when I laughed at how weak that was. -
This is a rich comment, but I guess it will work well to avoid the mods here. Considering the source of all this, suspecting them of having a point they are beating around the bush of, doesn't require much familiarity with the jargon on display here - which isn't really anything from your field, it's a document for developers, or some excuse for these days (Visual Programming, yay..) Also, related to IGDA and reading anything by Derek Smart is worth a laugh - http://pastebin.com/3vmdTvHK

Hm, that's a shame. I suppose they didn't have an alternative, at least back then (UE4 being free is an option now).

Ah, back to being a **** again, what a shock. The field in question is development right - this is a document for technically minded people. And if your English skills are so poor or perhaps you are just too dumb to pick it up, the teasing of Humanities fields is just that, teasing. While STEM is more useful to me, humanities people never fail to get upset and angsty over mocking their majors, so it's pretty good return.

Work in finance, a BS sector if there ever was one.

But not really, they are still to be seen as issues (though the advice to prioritize based on effectiveness it seems odd to be advice for developers beyond first year, heh). The approach they are pushing, considering the definition of the problem can be fairly loose these days, is the issue though, not every specific implementation - as the former would be the place to examine anyway. When reading things from these types sometimes a lot of things can be masked, in my experience.
