Recalled this strip today, always find it oddly amusing. Shame Sinfest's gotten stale these days. Ah right, forgot about the language, heh.
Canadians would hate being stuck with the US, they've fooled themselves into thinking they are different. Go with the Caribbean people, though, hide your wallet around them.
Yeah, why not mod the EE? Outside of Ascension (which I have on good authority that can be made to work with a little modding of your own), there's a ton of good mods that have been adapted.
Pretty much done with PoE, tried playing a rogue and just got bored by the knowledge of what's to come. Sleeping Dogs is worth that price, was a fun game - basically you play in a cheesy HK action flick. Had the best motorcycle handling of any open world game I've played (so 3.. ) and the martial arts combat is satisfying. Although you shatter guys' tibias or forearms and they don't seem to mind..
Don't think he'll get charged with all that much. Reading cop forums over incidents like this is always fun, reading comments that this is fine because deadly force was justified regardless of the tool. Then again, lots of comments that the dude in Charleston was really a threat and brought his death on himself probably means I am reading looneyville.
Yep, but what your race has been subjected to doesn't permit you to be racist to whites, even if you are lacking a catchy word for it, and not deserve the same judgement as a white person being racist to you. Also Canadians aren't a race, insulting nationalities is a good thing
Well, you're just shrugging it off (as one really should - they are just words the majority of the time) but the behaviour is the same - just spouting hateful things based on the race of some people.
Right. It's still bad behaviour, regardless, a black guy spouting racist crap about white people is still marking himself as an ignorant scumbag just as the same as a white guy doing it, to me. Ah well, I guess that is too simple a view today, heh.
When you say level do you mean rates of occurrence or just in terms of how bad it is ? If it's the latter, I'd hope hateful speech would be seen the same regardless of who's saying it.
