  1. Played the Covert Ops expansion for Starcraft 2, is pretty fun and the stealth bits are enjoyable.
  2. I have alwys suspected that is one of those things that sounds better than it really is. Sounds like too much work, to be honest.
  3. Well was an Office Space reference. In all seriousness, other than making sure my family gets my money and my buddy gets my PCs, I would be like Peter and do nothing.
  4. Disappointed no one has said two chicks at the same time.
  5. Mostly WoW PvP. I love being a healer as am not expendable like the DPS monkeys Also gave Heroes of the Storm a go, can see why MOBAs are popular.
  6. Only Amentep's avatars
  7. While doing ironing, forgot we got a new iron here. Was very eager to try it out but will have to wait until next week, I guess. Is a very swank Rowenta model.
  8. Well spawned a series, don't recall many concurrent ones. But in any case, don't understand how one could be driven off from a forum in any case short of illegal harassment.
  9. LC seemed to find something better than wasting time on an internet forum. Not sure what would drive them off here. Maybe they still don't get oby. The hot chicks thread and the gamergate ones, maybe. But those were pretty insular and they could just not click on it.
  10. Gave Heroes of the Storm a go. Seems kind of fun so far.
  11. Never saw people's complaint with Williams' statement there, seems pretty accurate and is how pretty much every genre has changed. That puzzle in GK3 wasn't even done by Jensen, was some stopgap as the one she wanted couldn't be done, if I recall. Not particularly a good example of a typical puzzle of the genre really. Then again, I've met some people confounded by Full Throttle of all things...
  12. Says something about the game if people are content enough after a LP and don't need to bother.
  13. http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2016-03-25-that-dragon-cancer-has-not-yet-seen-a-single-dollar-from-sales
  14. And they say shooting in legs never works.
  15. Not much use against a flying beast. Today was a good day. Waiting for the universe to correct that
  16. http://www.pcgamer.com/tropico-dev-kalypso-media-announces-urban-empire-a-new-city-ruler-game/ Hooray for more city management games
  17. Twitter.
  18. Grain of salt from a subreddit, heh.
  19. Went Soldier and Demo.
  20. Got Grim Dawn like you cool people. Is kind of fun. Grimdark to the max so far. Also got my Kuban Krasnodar team to the CL final in FM. Wooo
  21. On a gaming forum? Yes.
  22. Jihadi hipsters is something I never thought I would read. Does make some sense that these idiots need something to do and can't all be lazy sods.
  23. I know, was an attempt at a joke. Is annoying in some subs when people edit headlines or post sketchy sources. But is handy for the most part
  24. Which is funny, because they do the opposite for me: on reddit, I can get straight into the details of any post or thread, no advertisements, no gimmicks, no BS. If it's a link to something off-site, like one of your so-called "articles", there are people that automatically transcribe said articles into posts which get voted to the top of the thread so you don't have to go off-site - which is good, because I don't want to give any of these terrible "journalism" websites page-clicks, anyhow. On the garbage "journalism" websites like Lifehacker and Cracked and such, everything is formatted to be loads of long-winded bullcrap with useless fluff everywhere, there are advertisements everywhere, they use garbage formatting techniques like splitting up things into different pages and into slideshows or randomly repeating bits already said but in a bigger font - it's awful, and I hate it. It's also pretty safe to say that I will never go back to willingly using that sort of media except when I have to, or when it's deserving. Web "journalism" like Gawker and Lifehacker? Heh, no. Outlets who actually put out quality and original work without the fluff? Yeah, sure. Wait...Reddit...no BS? What?
