CBCTrump says deal struck to boost U.S. military presence in...U.S. President Donald Trump said Friday he has a deal with Denmark to bolster the U.S. military presence in Greenland after months of threatening to take island by force from the NATO ally.Honestly not sure what's different from status quo ante here. Rather amusing to see this hocked as a victory, I guess some people are just violent at heart.

True, but figured this was best place to chuck 40k bolter porn.

Well good to see an update

Yep, just interesting he's looping back to this absurd culture war nonsense. CBCRepublican senator warns Carney: Closer ties to EU hurts...A long-serving Republican senator from a border state is warning Prime Minister Mark Carney against strengthening Canada's economic and political ties to the European Union. This EU deal is pretty vague and may not pan out to much but the US is acting like a domestic abuser, heh.

Saw an article that said they had some shooter related job postings up, so I expect it may be early days. Probably just something to show to avoid more grumbling from fans as there was talk about a new game in the series beforehand. Really read that as Yeti the first time

Star Citizen ?

It did do well, really. Well in terms of cash. It'll be 6 years running when D5 comes, and not like the game dies unless they do some Overwatch -> Overwatch 2 type overwrite. StarCry? https://www.gamesradar.com/games/fps/former-far-cry-boss-says-its-an-honor-to-take-over-starcraft-we-won-the-cosmic-lottery/

As said, this isn't an RTS. Starcraft 2 had about 3 years from announcement until release I think. Granted they did carve it up into 3 games. But I figured they showed something as Blizzard fans always get overeager to know a series will have a release - so they can then say it sucks and stick with the release from the 90s. Diablo 5 has people upset that they killed D4 so soon, funnily enough. Woo, 10 000th post.

2-3 years isn't that far off. Starcraft has been dormant for nearly a decade now, no?

Beat me to it. Neat trailer, sort of 40k grimdark This should be interesting.

Assuming we're still alive by then

Yeah but is something in the US, sort of silly at least to see the CBC spending so much time on it

Yup. Although even if not, he's still not paying. But just pointing out his nomsense still works. Not sure why there's so much 9/11 stuff here today, though. I guess it's just ego wanking over Gander

Yes, but people have shown they'll fall for anything

Ah that sucks, Sarex. Hm, I should update my resume.

DALnet, seems ok with a new VPS. Well except when VNC dies. Oddly they didn't detecting using Konversation but did when I tried HexChat.

Have been banned from IRC, so now have a VPS for no reason. I guess I can chuck my groceries DB on there.

CNBCTrump tells Fed to slash rates or he'll end trade with co...President Donald Trump demanded that the Fed slash interest rates or else he will cut off trade with countries with which the U.S. maintains trade deficits.

Set up a VPS so I can hang out on IRC
