  1. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-65471904 If actually done by Ukraine, guess this is just a "we can reach you" type of statement.
  2. Has been so the entire war, the whole St. Javelina idiocy and people jerking it to combat footage. So is at least consistent.
  3. Gordon Lightfoot.
  4. Not in Bakhmut but across the entire front. Not sure how Kirby managed to create such confusion. https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2023/04/30/russia-ukraine-war-news-2/ Looks like someone did ask about Ukrainian dead. Nice of him to respect Ukrainian privacy. "He declined to discuss Ukrainian casualties. “That’s up to them to speak to,” he said."
  5. UFE is ? Universal Free Education ? There's a public system in the US still no ? 😛 Abbott couldn't help himself here. Guess that killer's gone now, as well. https://www.houstonchronicle.com/politics/texas/article/greg-abbott-cleveland-mass-shooting-victims-17999913.php
  6. You wonder what's wrong with the US education system ? 😛
  7. Knocking Mafia 3 off my list. People weren't kidding about the repetition. Some neat things though, one of the AI enemies ran up and picked up a better weapon, they kept trying to suppress me where I was after I snuck around (ok, this may be a failure). I do like them announcing "I'm gonna sneak up on him!", very helpful. Story is interesting at least - good thing Giorgi didn't follow his dad and Mozambique drill Lincoln, heh.
  8. https://abcnews.go.com/US/5-dead-texas-shooting-suspect-armed-ar-15/story?id=98957271 Definitely should not approach your neighbours. Well, doubt the cops will be getting him alive
  9. Will be interesting to see, the Ukrainians promise some swarm of drones, although Russia has (or had) very good EW according to them - this could be usual Ukrainian whining for more kit though.
  10. Aren't you on the Codex?
  11. https://puck.news/the-milley-doctrine/ Milley's thoughts on things. Bypassed the paywall with Reader View in a private Firefox window, if that helps
  12. Don't recall ever saying I'd do that. Isn't really cynicism, seeing the French talk about how a rule run by might helps no one, the US bemoaning a small nation being invaded or whatever Lavrov went on about is clearly BS.
  13. Harry Belafonte
  14. Not sure too much of the UNSC cares for the principles of the UN. Although I guess international relations is mostly BS said publicly.
  15. Huh, didn't encounter one. Canadian privilege Just references other stuff as to why he got sacked https://www.latimes.com/entertainment-arts/business/story/2023-04-24/tucker-carlson-is-out-at-fox-news https://www.washingtonpost.com/media/2023/04/24/tucker-carlson-leaves-fox-news/
  16. https://nymag.com/intelligencer/2023/04/tucker-carlson-has-left-fox-news.html Carlson should launch a podcast or start on Utreon, could get a good audience that way.
  17. Should have realized they weren't getting those by March or April 2022, though. There was a piece from a (snort) RAND analyst that was somewhat interesting, will have to find it, but just on how Russia didn't follow their plan of airstrikes then ground assault.
  18. Well, clearly this is a one off and not indicative of anything, as it's BLUFOR . That and the sluggish approach to following their doctrine. They started attacking the power grid how many months late? Mobilized way too slow.
