Mass Effect 3
Hey those can be vital weapons in CQB.

RANDOM VIDEO GAME NEWS THREAD!
Wouldn't say the violence is over the top. Wound modelling is just done in a really, really crap way in some games (OFP:DR had a decent-ish one, although body shots were like a shark bit their torso).

Hah, wonderful. That'd be kinda strange to be a guildmate of that guy now, well if this is true at all.

RANDOM VIDEO GAME NEWS THREAD!
No. Seems like that's what you're talking about. Most of the fights (well for me so far) aren't huge slugfests and you can get offed easly. The old GR was a lot like that too, long periods of quiet punctuated by violence, could get pretty tense in some levels, watching for movement (although your AI Gods would be pretty handy)

So like ArmA/OFP:CWC then ?

RANDOM VIDEO GAME NEWS THREAD!
I dunno, COD4 had that scene when your buddies all buy it in slow motion, MW2 had Roach and Ghost getting torched. Wouldn't say either of those is anti-war. Maybe they'll expose you to atrocities on both side though, that might do it.

RANDOM VIDEO GAME NEWS THREAD!
What would make it an anti-war game, I wonder.

Mass Effect 3
Reminds me of ones about Jewish mothers.

Lucid Dreaming
Had one recently although this isn't particularly fancy - just one where I was aware I was dreaming. I had dreamed there was a large ventilation fan in the ceiling of my room taking all the hot air out. I had spend the night before wondering on how to improve ventilation in the house to get rid of hot air on the upper floor. Dull dream, but was amusing how in the dream my dream-self kept thinking "Riiiight, this isn't real. I know why I'm seeing that fan there..". At least it's better than the "Oh ****, I failed an exam I wrote 6 years ago!!" dream

Raise a bug for that with the OpenOffice people.

What you did today?
Meh, just another corpse from someone I don't know. Still not getting that thunderstorm this city needs, but today isn't as brutal as earlier this week, so can walk the dachshunds without them getting heat stroke immediately, then back to reading over poorly written specifications and trying to understand why some dude 7 years ago did this ****ed up bit of code.

Mass Effect 3
Number 5 seems the best. or 6. Are all pretty 'meh' though.

Witcher 2 Again
In universe names I guess, I had thought they were described somewhere, might just be previous knowledge causing that though. Well, not like that matter at all at this point, heh.

Bomb and shooting in Norway
That's a pretty low thing to say, heh. For the sentences can they make him serve them all consecutively ?

Bomb and shooting in Norway
Report from TV2 saying the guy was a tall blonde guy. Not sure what you can glean from that.

Bomb and shooting in Norway

What you did today?
A testament to smelly Torontonians, lady in the office across the hall tells me I'm the nicest smelling man she's encountered all day. Probably should have handled that better than a "wha..huh? err.." . Today I battle insane bugs, have discovered that caffeine and anger works well with Juno Reactor for my productivity.

What are you playing now?
Yeah the medallion was poorly implemented. I guess they wanted to use it as some last resort type thing after you've given up on inspecting an area. Should just make the radius and duration larger.

The funny things thread part 3
That's about the only time he'd have killed someone in any event. Other than that, he skips amongst some gridlocked cars. Saw bikers and cyclists do that a lot in London - which seems to be an eternal traffic jam, incidentally. I wonder how people drive in Moscow.
