We all go through this phase, I mostly recommend getting outside when this happends, after witnessing the world in motion for a few days, the idea of escaping to some "other" world will become very appealing. Also the fact you won't have to deal with real life **** that you definately shouldn't kill, opposed to fake **** I can kill also helps. Keep the faith!

Fable 2 is a great entry level game, a game for none gamers... In that respect its genius, but is it stupid... Hell yeah, but it does seem to appeal to some women that I've met who wouldn't think themselves gamers. The first dungeon siege is another example of what I like to refer to as an "entry" level game.

I get the impression that Brink is just average, basically a bit like some Valve games, with a different skin, but clunkier than anything valve does.

I haven't read the reviews yet, I haven't played Brink, but I told you all.... It's gunna suck. Edit: And the critics agree with me funny that I saw that coming, now if you could just keep an eye on Bodycount, due out in August...
