I rather be self sufficient than have a vibrant economy, Walsh. The US should only depend on itself. If it can't then it deserves to die. Same for any nation.

What we need to do is stop spending so much money, stop cutting taxes, and pay off the national debt, and stop having a deficit all the time. We also need to become more self sufficient that way we don't have a need to deal with our enemies economically. If we become self sufficient enough we can tell the Chinese to bugger off.

I am not saying Israel should attack Iran, but if Iran gains nuclear weapons, and their government has repeated many times they want to wipe Israel off the map, it stands to reasonable logic that Iran will wipe Israel off the map if it gains nuclear weapons. By that threat Israel may see it as in their best interests to wipe Iran off the map first in a pre-emptive nuclear strike. Remember, MAD doesn't apply to Islam because of the whole Martyrdom belief. Islamic extremists, which practically runs Iran and its military, believe that if they die in the name of Allah and destroys His enemies the extremist would gain a seat in Heaven and 72 virgins. What I wonder is if the Koran specifically states these virgins are female or is that just assumed.

The biggest enemy to the United States is itself. Too many governments with too many people just wanting all the money and power they can grab. DO WE NEED 51 GOVERNMENTS?!?!? Does something as small and pathetic as Rhode Island need a governor and a full Congress just like something as large as Texas?!?! WHAT A FRAKIN' WASTE! And don't get me started on the various laws and whatnot. You have one law that works fine, but cross a state border that law no longer exists. OH CROSS ANOTHER STATE BORDER, the law exists but it has so many loopholes that it is a waste of space, and so on. ONE COUNTRY, ONE FRAKIN' LAW DAMN IT! WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
