Even though the pay is better than you get for being unemployed, once the job is over you'll have to wait some time before you get unemployment money. Peragus would've worked better if the robots were less common, tougher and wouldn't have made so much noise. Probably having less human contact would've worked better, too. edit: Or, rather: Peragus would've worked better if it had been more like System Shock 2. Still better than Taris, which was pretty but boring.
