I thought US will be done with this now that Trump lost the election, but it seems nothing short of burning the man on a stake and erase the very memory of him will ease the deranged minds on the left scarred for life by the last 4 years.

Well the best game for me this year was Wasteland 3. Looking forward to replay this after the next patch or two. Cyberpunk is ok but a little all over the place. I deleted all my saves and will restart after game is more patched up. Resident Evil 3, not as good as 2 but still great.

I think they're twisting words to further their agenda and achieve outcome they want. Even if what they want is good, which I'am doubtful of as we know WHO is a buyable entity, the method is amoral. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the natural immunity and vaccine immunity gain for the same lenght of time? Which early findings estimate to about 3 to 6 months. And some countries estimate reaching vaccination level of 70% in about 3 years. So the math doesn't look good for gaining immunity through vaccination. Unless the supply rises significally, which doesn't seem plausible right now.

Business as usual for me. My family don't buy all this nonsense fearmongering and we have our Christmas Eve celebrated as always 40+ family members in my parents country house. I'm positive that if one day scientists will come up with the perfect cure for all, there will be 0.01% chance or allergic reaction that will liquify your internal organs. That's how life works. I'm also sceptical about the "best strategy" since there wasn't an effective vaccine for any other coronavirus before and due to nature of this type of viruses the needed level of vaccination and scepticism around the vaccine it's doubtful we will reach the necessary level of immunity. And also we don't know the long term side effects, so it's also possible that "percentage of people who will die" because of the vaccine.

There is some more evidence about "herd immunity"? Something changed in the last couple of months? Was there a study? Did humankind lost the ability to gain immunity naturally all of a sudden? Please send links to the studies. Sounds important.

Poland is against it because we read beyond the title which you clearly did not. Read up what power it grants to whom against whom and on what grounds. In points: EU shifts from being the economic union between equal sovereign countries into centrally managed supercountry with members as vassals. EU gives itself power and tools that are were never granted to it in any treaty. EU interferes in member states affairs that are not in any way under EU jurisdiction and are explicitly up to member countries governments. EU breaks their own rules and treaties if it suits the big countries like Germany and France. EU big countries try to enforce certain political and social ideologies on other members.

Except Poland is not breaking the Treaty, EU tries to force Poland into things that are not in the Treaty and they know if they try to blackmail Poland with cutting the money then either Poland will win in EU Court of Justice or plain leave. A wise words "so called". Because as it's worded it doesn't specify what Law it meant and basically would give EU a right to audit any law passed by the member countries or force them to pass any law EU sees fit. And that is no "rule of law" it's dictatorship. EU will stay a union of free and sovereign countries or we bail. No matter how much Germany and France would like to turn it into USoE.

Wouldn't be the first time EU wouldn't follow its own agreements in favor of pushing ideological agenda. If by EU mechanism you mean turning a economical union into Fourth Reich then it's the best thing ever.
