  1. You should use bellower mainly as damage dealer caster. At max lvl you should use Many Lives Passed By for distraction, cast Each Kill Fed His Fury or Far From Defeated, and then empowered Eld Nary's Curse. Take Accurate, Potent and Penetrating Empower talents. On Sasha scimitar i prefer the other upgrade, so you can use empowe every fight without resting. Other useful equipment are weyc's wand and robe for push empower even further, griffin blade for +10% spell dmg, sun and moon for +2PL frost keyworded abilities and 5% echo spell, vithrack slippers for another 5% echo, and kuaru's prize. With this set, there is not much to do, after you cast eld nary. Just sit and watch as it's bounces all over the field for more than 200 dmg crits, and with so much PL, it bounce A LOT. Eventually cast another eld nary or animated weapons, to slay leftovers. I think you can do about 21 bounces. Base 12 + 1 for every 2PL. So: +7PL from bellower bonus if you have max phrases (pick dragon summon, because phrases cap at most expensive invocation), +5 from empower, +1 godlike, +1 prestige passive, +2 potion of ascension, +1 eld nary at lvl20, +1 from necklace. Thats 18PL, so 9 more bounces. Edit: I forgot about +2PL from Sun and Moon and +3 Wand of the Weyc's. Even more bounces, dmg and pen Also penetration is very good and can do full damage on high frost AR foes in most cases.

The thread is old, but i think nothing has changed Carnage in quick summary: 1.Benefit from PL increasing dmg (+10% per PL? or 3.3% per PL? i'm not sure how exactly) 2.Is not a weapon attack, so won't work with weapon effect on hit/crit/kill (except Lord Darryn's Voulge) 3.Always use main hand weapon for calculating damage when dual wielding 4.Might increasing it's damage 5.With weapons that hit many targets, only main target is considered, so no multiple carnage from WotEP, Wahai Poraga, Citzal Lance 6.Can't crit so won't work with blood frenzy
  3. Concelhaut's Corrosive Siphon is enough to outheal berserker self damage and some Blood Sacrifice, to regain resources for more siphons. As wizard subclass i prefer blood mage, because this option is disabled for evoker. Wall of Draining is to good, to not mention it. (Wizard self-buffs, but also Frenzy, Savage Defiance, Scordeo's edge effects, Potion of Final Stand and many more) I think barbarian/wizard is much better as caster, than mele character. For close combat i would choose monk or fighter. Carnage can miss/greaze/hit but can't crit, so won't work with berserker frenzy hit-to-crit bonus. Tough talent is not so good. 40 hp is about 2 ticks of Berserker's fury or Corrosive siphon. As armor, High harbringer's robes is worth to consider, especially when using wall of draining+potion of final stand+blood sacrifice (but it's kind of exploit )
  4. Frenzy, Blooded, Bloodlust and Blood Thirst works with DoTs. Druid spells have quite long recovery and multiclassing with barb can reduce it a lot, or often remove completly with blood thirst. If you aim for casting from behind, fury shaper would be better, but if you want to jump into middle of the fight and use DoT+Blood Thirst kills effect, to swing your weapon faster, then pick berserker.
  5. Still works, i checked it just now. Also, with hot razor skewers, ring of the marksman and hammering thoughts, penetration should be enough high for most enemies . Add fire in the hole bounce, blunderbuss modal and avenging storm (helmet or scroll), and your enemies will melt together with your graphic card With power strike + WotEP i was curious about similar mechanics (weapon aoe*ability aoe), but it hits only one enemy with both WotEP and mortar, then do raw cone attack. If you care about maximum damage from PS, use some 2h weapon with empower (voidwheel, karaboru, chromostaff, amra or oathbreaker should be good).
  6. With some points in athletics, armored grace and armor recovery reduction pet (cutthroat cosmo/abraham/nalvi), Contender's armor can be even faster than naked. Also provides better AR. Immunity for dex afflictions can be achived by using captain's banquet. Svef and wood elve race gives you resistance for dex aff, so basically immunity fo persistent distraction and blunderbuss modal. Did you tested how power strike works with aoe weapon, like WotEP? Clear out would be very usefull for this build. You could: 1. Debuff multiple enemies at once with Kapana Taga 2. Deal nice damage with blunderbus in main hand + any weapon or striking shield in offhand, or WotEP 3. Push back enemies if flanked Hot Razor Skevers food +1PL should stack with +1PL from Brilliant (as it's from passive ability), i think. It also gives you +2 pen
  7. The fight on video is basically totally played by AI. Auto attacks are result of reduced recovery bonus stack. The FF ability can be used only when not afflicted by forbiden curse (so every 2,8sec) and AI fills the space with other activities. Silly usage of Sworn Rival is also fault of the AI, that can't be improved. It cast SR on everyone, and block resouces, or cast it in time intervals. If AI could cast it only when previously afflicted enemy is killed, it woud be optimal solution. Flames of devotion is used only for 10% lash, every 20something seconds. FF deals more damage anyway. I tried Doru, but it's not possible to kill him solo in any resonable time period. Too low damage, too low acc for weakening him with his fortitude, and he heals himself. But with some team assist you can easily facetank him forever. Every "normal" fight i've tried is doable solo, but sometimes i had to use my own brain and meange some things manually, not just turn AI on and watch. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vLa40wnhebMr0EgnhtPkeZaq45YAixzI/view?usp=sharing As for vithracks fight, you have to kill first luminaire as fast as possible, then use instruments of pain or flagellant's path and FF (interupts on hit), when he starts summoning weapons, to prevent it. Then kill him too. Rest of the fight is like walk in the park. If they'll be able to summon weapons you are screwed.
  8. Why honour guard breastplate? There are better armours, like miscreant's leather, gipon prudensco, devil of caroc, casita samelia. With deflection stacked high as yours, it's worth to consider taking riposte and WotEP with offensive parry upgrade. Both effect can trigger simultaneously from one enemy miss, and both gives you focus. Or i would completly give up on mele, and use wael's scepter with the best defence, and switch one ring for ring of the marksman. I think, eyestrike is better than persistent distraction. It's aoe, replenish focus with beguiller, and inflict blind instead of distraction.
  9. What do you think about reducing quick switch talent to 1sec, allow it to all non caster classes (barb, monk, paladin, ranger, rogue), and increase black jacket recovery reduction to 1,5sec? This way more builds, that use more than one weapon set, would benefit and black jacket still be unique, reducing switching recovery completly.
  10. I thought, there's no point in using bashing shield if you're not intend to bash, but you are right. Dual wielding speed with better defence is an adventage. Also The Best Defense upgrade that sickens of terryfies works on every weapon kills (even ranged), but not with spells/scrolls/carnage/dot kills. I tested it right now. Magran's Favour purrifying upgrade may be useful in some cases. But still, attacking with these is rather weak move.
  11. But "bashing shields" makes dps lower. They have poor pen, base dmg and use base acc. They don't scale with quality upgrades, exept tuotilo's which gets slightly better as Transcendent Suffering progress with PL. Maybe it's worth to consider some changes in community patch, because they are usually useless, in later game stages.   14. No, only initial attack. Every next roll, as separate attack doesn't counts. Thats why i assume Concelhaut Draining Touch won't work with Swift Flurry in this topic.
  15. With abilities that i wrote, there is still 3 points to spend. ! on PL6 and 2 on PL5. You can take Endurig Dance, and Inspiring Triumph (when playing with team), or Flagellant Path, or Lay on Hands. Actually there is still one weapon set, so you can use Scordeo's Edge, to get Adaptive buff (20acc with 10stacks) from SF/HBD procs if lack of accuracy. With 10 int from Turning Wheel it should last long enough, to switch back to Magran's Favour for a while. As for spending wounds on Instruments of Pain - it's not really painfull to you, becouse you can use 2xMortification. (with full buffs it's 0.4cast + 1.3recovery each, so 3.4sec together)
  16. Everything is like Boeroer said. 2. Fight on the video is just fun with using AI script. It's obviously imperfect, and can't do some things (like using Sworn Rival properly). 3. What do you mean? There os nothing you can't do without using console. Actually i forgot aply cauldron brew, do even 1 res less. 4. E.Endurance is better for healing and armor. 5. Food doesn't stack with ascension potion, and you need 10 pl for scaling. 7base, 2potion, 1head. There is still some unused talent points. I didn't chose it becouse you actually want to get some hits (or greazes), so negative effect can produce wounds. Enduring dance fades quickly when you're surrounded by melee range enemies, and when they're gone there's no need to use it. The fight is basically over

(Add potion of ascencion to reach 10 power level, and your fists will be post-mythic utensils of destruction with +80% damage, +22 accuracy and 13 penetration) Back: The Giftbearer's Cloth Neck: Token of Faith for +2 resolve or Bone Setter's Torc for additional healing, or Strand of Favour (remember to adjust equipment to forbidden curse lasts below 3sec) Armor: first Devil of Caroc Beastplate or Gipon Prudensco, then Contender's Armour (with enough athletics, that you use as emergency healing, nalvi pet and abraham pet, this armor is faster than naked and has nice armor rating), or Kahako Nihi (the tankiest, but also the slowest. With post-mythic forbiden fist you hit like a truck, heal from draining, then after 2,9 sec curse disappears and heal you more! (possible only with Community patch, becouse original FF is not a weapon attack) Eternal Devotion - 10% burning lash for FF Exalted Endurance - 8 hp per 3 sec Deep Faith, Inspired Defences, Weapon and Shield style, Practiced Healer, Stoic Steel - for defence Virtuous Triumph - resorce regen Sworn Rival - additional damage from it is supressed by FF, but it works on SF/HBD Clarity of Agony - reduce curse duration (its upgrade doesn't stack with turning wheel) Swift Flurry, Heartbeat Drumming - tons of instant bleeding cuts, and additional healing from Steel Garrote's passive talent (possible only with Community patch, becouse original FF is not a weapon attack) Tunderous Blows - +5 might and +2 pen Turning Wheel - +20% burning lash with 10 wounds (then also 10 deflection from tuotillo's palm) Crucible of Suferring - bonus to all defences exept deflection. Always active due to forrbiden curse fading time after time Soul Mirror - i became convinced to this talent when it reflect concelhaut beam spell against him Mortification of the Soul - gaining wounds by FF may be slow when nobody can afflict you, and the damage of mortification is almost instatntly covered by self healing. Nice to have Instruments od Pain - for stoic steel preservation if no enemies in mele range Rest is up to you. This build is realy indestructible machine, that can also deal huge damage. It doesn't uses any exploit or cheats, but many, many, many little synergies, which stacked together makes it smash enemies with 35(or 45% with kahako nihi) lash, heal itself for tremendous amounts, and regen resources.   18. That's right. I focused on generating wounds by auto attacks, which should be superfast with scordeos no recovery, and forgot about berserkers self damage. Drainig touch should apply only to initial hit, and flurry/hearthbeat will use weapon equiped before casting spell, i think. At last that's how it works with Forbidden fist ability after community patch. Is it ok to post builds using this mod? I have something interesting on my mind
  19. 1. Only Scordeo's crits counts, so it's better not to use other weapon or shield in offhand. That way you can get bonus accuracy and hit-to-crit conversion of one handed style talent. 2. Vehemence effect on Eager Blade triggers multiple times with heartbeat and flurry. These skills are "mele" and "weapon" tagged, so every "on hit" or "on crit" weapon enchantment should trigger from them. You don't need Forbidden Fist to apply con affliction. Every monk class have Enervating Blows talent that weakens enemy on crit. Optimal woud be Shattered Pillar, but 5 wound limit makes it useless. Community Patch should remove that, but for some reason it doesn't work. Maybe next version. Berzerker is fine, however I prefer devoted for better penetration and survivability. Unbending Trunk with 35 int is nice
  20. It triggers Adaptive for sure, so i think it should work with Blade Cascade also, since both effects require weapon attacks to proc.   21. I think restraining it to small, fixed number of attacks would, very likely, change scordeo from something, that you can plan build around, to rarely used toy. Is it possible to exclude some skill (like blade turning and blade cascade) from SoT and wall of draining? Making it duration extendable only by int and items? It's fun, when used in totally-no-exploit-way of some builds, especially devoted/monk (shatered pillar with no wounds penalty?) with max int, high crit chance from discipline strikes and one handed style, flurry strikes and heartbeat drumming, and ooblit pet . Also blade cascade could work only if scordeo is in active weapon slot or only with that specific weapon, to prevent no recovery bleeding cuts. As for tempest upgrade usfulness, its better to buff it a little, instead of nerfing cascade so hard. Slightly higher chance to proc or raised amount of attacks to fixed three, would balance it.
