Well Skyrim is getting a toolset, so beth obviously feel mods aren't in competion with DLC. IMO mods help DLC, people making/playing mods keeps them playing games longer and therefore gives devs more time to sell DLC.

Really? Guess I never spec'd Leliana right. I always found Zev as a duelist more useful then Leliana as an archer. Will have to roll an Archer next time I play DA:O.

Sort of hard to believe they've done that after playing the demo. Either way these reviews have made getting an RPG without 'super epicness' doubtful. Tried the demo agin this time as a rogue(after MC post about rogues), was actually surprised at how easy it was, after DA:O archers being pretty useless I didn't expect it to change, but in DA2 they are deadly. Actually after trying the 3 classes, I would say that playing as a mage was the hardest.

Thngs I learnt from the demo. Voiced PC = Fail (we already knew that) Camera = Fail Art Style/Graphics = Fail Combat wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, to be honest it was better then I thought it would be. But it's hard to tell if it's that much of a 'streamlining' without progressing further(given abilities and specializations are locked), but it does seem that way. Perhaps the story and characters will improve my feelings about this game but I doubt it.(Given what I've seen from the demo)

Isn't that their job? I suspect playing games in such early periods of development, would give them a rather thick skin.

Are World in Conflict and Act of War so bad? I know Act of War isn't although I never played it online, so maybe I missed a lot of stuff. No I enjoyed Act of War, and really enjoyed WiC. MW>WW2. Whatever it is(HW3, DoW3, CoH2), it needs the DoW Dark Crusade campaign/conquer map.

Not that BFBC2 was bad, I loved it. I just don't see why BF3 sounds so exciting.

Michael Rosenbaum's portrayal of LL was the best thing about Smallville.(apart from Erica Durance) Kevin Spacey's portrayal was also quite funny.
