How Do You Imagine The True Sith?
Jedi Master D Murda replied to Bastilla_Skywalker's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Palpatine was a "True Sith" and I believe that someone like him, who is human and was never a Jedi and raised with the Sith teachings, is the leader of the Sith Empire who came to the Mandalorians with the offer. IMHO I think that the "True Sith" are powerful beings who look like the opposite of what the Jedi are. -
That indeed is a cool screenshot. I would assume the blowing up of Citadel station is indeed a DS option because I never understood why the Exile was helping Gren and the TSF to fend of the Sith.

the KOTOR franchise lives on
Jedi Master D Murda replied to Plano Skywalker's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
He/she will be called the Exile. That is how everyone in the game reffers to him/her. Duuh. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The Exile was called the Exile after the Mandalorian wars was finished. This comic takes place about a year before the Mandalorian wars began, so they won't be calling him or her the Exile, if the Exile is even the main character, which I'm sure he's not. -
KOTOR Time Line Or NJO Time Line?
Jedi Master D Murda replied to Bastilla_Skywalker's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
You hit the nail right on the head. That's another reason why I like this timeline. If they were to skip a couple hundred years after the Dark Nest Trilogy or Legacy of the Force series it would be a lot to work with. -
the KOTOR franchise lives on
Jedi Master D Murda replied to Plano Skywalker's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Well it already stated that the story will feature someone else and will be his story. It won't take away from Revan's star status. We'll see Revan in K3... whenever that comes out. I wouldn't mind hearing about the Exile but that's likely not to happen seeing as the Exile didn't have a name like Revan did. But the story will be about someone else. -

What would make Revan more cooler is the fact that he is not the main star in these comics and is mentioned here or there. After K2, which you basically never saw Revan, I loved Revan even more. According to the website the comics take place 8 years before K1 and that is the time when the Mandalorians were conquering the Outer Rim. Revan didn't become famous until he took the fight to the Mandalorians. -
KOTOR Time Line Or NJO Time Line?
Jedi Master D Murda replied to Bastilla_Skywalker's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
I just started reading a bunch of books in the EU... I am currently up to the JA Trilogy and I know alot about the NJO even though I haven't started the books yet and it's pretty straight forward with the Vong beating down the New Republic and then finally the NR drives them out. With the Kotor storyline there is a lot more mystery and strange things happening which I really like more. -
KOTOR II Music on "The Apprentice"
Jedi Master D Murda replied to Brooklyn Dark Lord's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
I watched it and I doubt I heard any music other than that of the OT music during the show. I could be wrong however. -

If the story is set 8 years before K1 Revan has started his "quest" for anything yet and the "True Sith" didn't come to the Mandalorians yet... I think. -

Jedi Master D Murda replied to Plano Skywalker's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
I see that as well. I'm sure Revan, or at least Malak, will be mentioned. If not I hope the Masters like Vrook or Vandar will be mentioned. -
Yeah, if young means wrinkly old fart. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> LOL!!! She looks alright to me.

Jedi Knight Robe?
Jedi Master D Murda replied to x1Predator's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
Nah. I don't think you can purchase a Jedi Knight robe. Unfotunately it is very rare, I would guess even more rare than the Jedi Master robe in my opinion. -
I actually thought that the Force might have been working through Kreia more so than any other creature it works through, because in the end she destroyed the Jedi and the "Sith" and then herself bringing balance leaving the Exile alive like Vader did leaving Luke alive.

Nice Visas pic Sentry. -
That's not "what I believe", that's what "cut content" tells me... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think that's actually up on the Chronicles on the official site - telling about Atris planning it all to lure the Sith out into the open - only she had no idea that Nihilus would come and completely obliterate the Jedi. Or, at least I think so anyway... Unfortunately the butchering of the original story has left Atris's motives and character herself extremely confusing Well for me at least... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I agree. The cut content can be looked at to discover Atris's motives but it's not like deleted scenes whereas it can be viewed with the disc. Zhar, Vandar and Dorak and whoever were the mysterious other Council members that went to Katarr and that makes the other five who didn't go ask the question why?
-
Dorak. Like the Sisters said, Atris and the other Council members sensed the attack and got out. But what was Atris doing there?

Plz Answer Som Q's About this Game
Jedi Master D Murda replied to dylanier's topic in Star Wars: General Discussion
I would recommend getting it because it gives some insight on what happened during the Mandalorian War and what will have next. It's better than Kotor with accessories and new feats and force powers and other little odds and ends but it's not better than K1 overall. Peragus, Telos, Dantooine, Korriban, Onderon, Dxun(moon), Nar Shaddaa and Malachor V. It's good and gives insight but it's not better than K1's story, IMHO. Your looking for Jedi Masters and what has been killing them. -
I know I am bringing this back from the dead but I just finished reading the Thrawn trilogy books, they were great. First I have to say that both were stabbed in the back, Thrawn literally, and were taken out like punks. Thrawn was unbelievably intelligent and so frickin' smart and made few mistakes except having a Noghri as a body guard lol. I mean he even had respect from the Emperor even though he was not human, that says a lot. I loved how he used C'Baoth to his own ends, that guy was such a psycho. I believe Revan was just as smart and able when it came to strategy and tactics but not at as high a level as Thrawn. The reason I would give Revan the vote is because he was able to get his hands dirty. In Revan's time I doubt there was anyone who could touch him. So my vote is for Revan even though I loved Thrawn.
-
Well if you ignore the cut content, it's cut content afterall, he still seems mysterious. If Kreia doesn't care about a lowly tech why care about the others? I'm sure she doesn't care about the others if she doesn't care for Bao Dur.

:D I figured if you posted after me it had to be a 'why' type question/complaint. Anyways, HK tells you about how Malak wanted to kill the Exile but Revan didn't allow it and how Revan wanted the Exile to go back to the Council "to show what Jedi were capable of, and the price". I found that to be the most interesting.
