Nope. You start off at 1st level for the first expansion and the second expansion takes place with the same character from the first expansion. They are still better than the first OC, but still have serious flaws in their design. If you are not a fan of the main game then there are better things you can spend your money on. Like KotOR 2.

I voted Jade Empire. An unfinished game shouldn't even be nominated.

Zing of the decade more liike it. A government that cannot properly protect and give speedy assistance to its own citizens in times of natural disasters is a government that needs eradication. George W. Bush and his administration has failed to protect and give timely assistance to US citizens on US soil. He cares more ab out Iraq than he does about his own people which is a load of bullsh*t. If we cannot take care of ourselves we should not invade other countries or use our resources for other nations. Our government's first and foremost purpose to be responsible for its own citizens. Not to Iraq. Not to the Congo. Not to Afganistan. Not to Taiwon. Not to Belgium. Not to Great Britain. Not to Canada. Not to Mexico. TO US and no one else. On a side note, the administration doesn't want to play the blame game mainly they are to blame and don't want to be held accountable.

Our government is seriously ****ed up.

Only thing I care about, as a consumer, is the bottomline. Will the game get the proper technical support from its publisher and developer? Nothing else matters to me. I don't care about the money going back and forth between publisher and developer. I don't care about the politics behind the game. I only care about the game working on my system as it is designed to do and recieves support when it doesn't. Obsidian and LA failed to give KotOR 2 proper support. That is the bottomline. The reasons behind it is irrelevant to me. I am a consumer, nothing more. Given Atari's past overall support of their games, or the lack thereof, and Obsidian's reputation garnered by KotOR 2 I don't see NWN 2 having the proper support.

Who would I throw to the sharks? Hmmm... Every single person related to and George W. Bush in existance.

I particularly dislike full voice acting. I just see it as a waste of resources. Great games such as Baldur's Gate, Planescape: Torment, Baldur's Gate 2, and the such cannot be done with full voice over and I rather have games like them than games like Jade Empire, KotOR 1, and KotOR 2.

Well, smart ones would at least use a snorkel attacthment.

The hurricane proves one thing however. It shows that the US is incapable of taking care of itself in such times. In fact the response time for aid my our government has been slower that the response time it had helping the tsunami victims. WAY TO GO BUSH! I think it shows that he is incapable to win the war on terror as well the war on poverty as it is the poor who is now suffering. Its been days and the basic necessities of clothes, food, and electricity has not been restored. Bush took photo ops and a cursory look over on the outskirts of the disaster. Did he visit the hardest hit areas? No. Did he and his government act in a timely manner? No. Sure he can invade countries on the drop of a dime but cannot act the timely manner when US citizens here on US soil are in need.

I can't wait for $11 a gallon here in the US. In Georgia it reached $6 a gallon. Here's hoping! It is about time that the US pays through the nose for its over use and over dependence on fossil fuels.

Hey, Di, we all are a little stressed right now due to the happenings in New Orleans. Speaking of the racial element I just don't get it. Black, white, asian, or whatever, human is still human and that is what matters most. The problems in the Gulf states clearly shows that we are not self sufficient to take care of ourselves and this needs to be rectified. Think of all the resources being spent in Iraq, Afganistan, and other countries of the world our government is shelling out and how much good they could be used in New Orleans, Biloxi, and other areas hit by Katrina.

Exactly. I don't care what the specs of the game machine has. Its the games that matter.

I don't play multiplayer on computer and console games. When I am in the mood to play a computer/console game I want to play by myself and not be bothered by other people. When I want to play a game with people I play PnP RPGs or board games. I have given MP in NWN a try and its just not for me.

If they are so freaking proud of their game why not give it the proper support it needs.
